An expert tells others taking into account the process “Don’t do it!”
Katie Price is in danger of losing all her teeth tissue after years of dental work, one dentist warned. The former charm model has undergone years of surgery to achieve the perfect smile.
Former model Glamor Katie Price is known to have had multiple surgeries in her teeth, a process called “Turkey’s teeth” as she has traveled to Turkey many times for dental crowns. The 44 -year -old Katie gave the fans a look at the violent process after bringing cameras to the operating room.
The images showed that the surgeons had deposited her teeth in clothespins. Tooth -shaped lids, known as dental crowns, are then places above the tooth to “restore shape and size, power and improve its appearance”.
The mirror states that Star’s well -documented dental work carries serious long -term risks after speaking to award -winning dental implant surgeon Dr. Nileesh R. Parmar. Dr. Parmar explained: “Several repetition of veneers and now the crowns over the years would have left [Katie] with a little or no tender tissue
“Remember every time the veneers or crowns are redefined. We need to remove more tooth tissue. As this is closer and closer to the nerve, these teeth may need the radical canal to work further by reducing their life.”
There is a further risk associated with repetitive procedures of this nature, as Dr. Parmar warned that most patients who had “aggressive crowns or veneers” would require titanium dental implants that have been screwed into the bones of their jaws. He added: “As with all treatments, there are effects, the main issue is the breakdown and breaking of the fragile teeth tissue left under these crowns.
“Once these options are broken, they become somewhat more invasive, such as dental implants.
“They also have a shelf life and can be inevitable for patients with invasive dental treatment, such as aggressive crowns or veneers.”
The “teeth of Turkey” have become a trend of social media and some have shared horror stories of abused surgery in recent years. Determination of problems could set patients thousands.
Dr. Parmar urged people to avoid flying abroad for Turkey’s teeth, saying, “Just put it, don’t do it!
“If the work is done abroad, many dentists in the UK will not entertain the rehabilitation therapy due to additional responsibility and sincerely, the headache for determining this type of work. Talk to your regular dentist and if they are unable to offer you the cosmetic treatment you will follow.
