Brooks Nader has candidly revealed all the cosmetic procedures she has undergone so far.
The model, 28, admitted to a number of beauty enhancements in a new interview Troublesharing that she had a nose job, “countless injections” and veneers.
Speaking about her rhinoplasty, the Sports Illustrated beauty admitted that people say she looks “like Michael Jackson”, whose nose jobs drastically changed his appearance.
The Louisiana native has also tried the “Nefertiti” Botox neck lift – named after the famous Egyptian queen – a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses injections to help the appearance of the neck and jaw area.
“Every Christmas, you can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger,” quipped Nader – who also admitted to being “addicted” to a GLP-1 weight loss drug.
Nader also shared that she’s tried a salmon sperm facial, a treatment favored by Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian.

Salmon sperm has been hailed as the next must-have Korean beauty ingredient. It is currently offered in medical spas with the promise of increasing cell turnover, producing more collagen, and improving pigmentation and inflammation.
Meanwhile her veneers were done by Dr. Michael Apa. Although his work can cost upwards of $50,000, Nader got it for free in exchange for a social media post.
Elsewhere in the interview she admitted to using a weight loss drug GLP-1 and said it has contributed to her successful career, adding that she is “addicted” to it despite her brothers’ concerns.
He stated plainly: “The facts are that when I started GLP-1, my career took off. I’m not saying it’s okay. I’m not saying it’s right. I think everyone is different — but I lost 30 pounds and closed all the jobs.”
Brooks’ modeling career took off when she was asked to appear on the pages of Sports Illustrated in 2019. By 2023, she was a cover star.
While speaking with the outlet, she shared her course correction process when she was scouted for gigs.
He explained: “If I didn’t get a job, I would say so [my old agency]”Can we get customer feedback?” The immediate feedback was that I needed to lose 30 pounds. I didn’t shed a single tear over him. I don’t feel bad about myself. I just say, “The facts are that they want me to lose weight. How can I achieve this?”
Brooks was previously open about using Ozempic in December 2024 after one of her younger sisters teased her about it on TikTok.

“My sisters appreciated me for it, which they get in huge trouble for, but yes, I did [use it],” the former Dancing With the Stars competitor told DailyMail.com last year.
“I tried it when it first came out and I loved it, I can’t lie,” he confessed at the time.
The topic also came up as Brooks addressed her body image struggles on the sisters’ Freeform series, Love Thy Nader.
Her siblings were concerned about her health during the show’s seventh episode after she admitted to taking GLP-1 after passing out during an exercise class as she blamed the drug for her symptoms.
Her sister Mary Holland said of the episode: “Just seeing all the needles piled up in one place makes me realize the gravity of how deep she’s gone into this. They are different doctors, clearly. These are different pharmacies.
“This is dangerous. It is overprescribed. This amount is so alarming.”
Elsewhere on the reality show, Brooks commented on her use of the drug, saying: “I typically give micro-doses of GLP-1, this weight loss drug. But now that I’ve got Maxim going up, and I’ll probably be half-naked, I’m upping my dose a bit because I want to be grabbed extra.”
The beauty shared what surprised her most about her ‘crutch’ on the show.
Brooks’ modeling career took off when she was asked to appear in the pages of Sports Illustrated in 2019. By 2023, she had become a cover star
She told Bustle, “The thing I was so shocked about with the show was that I had so many people come up to me saying, ‘I’m also addicted to GLP-1. I’m embarrassed to talk about it because there’s such a stigma around it. It’s a crutch for me.”
“I’m still at it. It’s a crutch for me too. It’s not healthy. I’ll have to download it. I’ll be honest about it.
Before speaking to Bustle about her addiction to the drug GLP-1, which was originally used to treat diabetes patients, Brooks said she was taking a break from the prescription.
The break was a result of her appearance on Dancing With The Stars in 2024.
“It was so taxing on your physical body and everything, and it makes you so tired, tired, so I had to take a little break from it,” she told the DailyMail in December.
