SEOUL, South Korea: Osstem Implant, a global leader in dental solutions, announces its participation in the upcoming FDI World Dental Congress (FDIWDC25) to be held in Shanghai, China from September 9 to 12. This year’s conference, which is co-organized by the FDI World Dental Federation and the Chinese Dental Association, will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. According to organizers, the event is expected to attract more than 30,000 dental professionals and stakeholders from 134 countries.
Workers at Hiossen’s manufacturing headquarters in Philadelphia display the company’s implants in celebration of the 2023 President’s E Award.
Osstem’s TS Implant is a vital part of its product range, showing strong global sales. The company will present TS Implant at Booth E61 in Hall 5.2, near Gate 20. The booth will be organized into three zones. The first is for implants, the second is a digital zone dedicated to surgical guides and the third presents dental equipment such as dental chairs, CBCT machines and intraoral scanners. Together, they underline Osstem’s strength as a true total provider that develops and manufactures all its own products. Visitors to the Osstem booth will also be invited to participate in hands-on activities, allowing them to experience implant placement with special kits and experience Osstem’s digital solutions first-hand.
The company will highlight the proven clinical reliability and safety of the TS Implant through products such as the TS SA implant, with a sandblasted and acid-etched surface, and the TS CA implant, which enhances clot formation through a unique hydrophilic surface. TS Implant, which is already established in South Korea, USA, Japan and China, will be at the center of this year’s exhibition.
Introducing Hiossen and ZimVie to China
In addition to its own products, Osstem will collaborate at the event with its sister company, US-based Hiossen, and its ET implant. Hiossen implants, manufactured in Philadelphia, have been recognized by the US federal government for their significant contribution to the expansion of US exports, winning the prestigious 2023 President’s ‘E’ Award.
Earlier this year, Osstem signed an exclusive distribution agreement in China with ZimVie, an American dental implant company. At the Shanghai conference, Osstem will host a special ZimVie booth with the Osseotite Certain implant, which offers consistent results even in bone diseases. It has also demonstrated high clinical success, with no evidence of an increased risk of peri-implantitis.
Heesoo Kim, CEO of Osstem Implant China, commented: “China’s dental implant market continues to expand, and the interest and passion of Chinese dentists to find the best solutions for different patient needs is stronger than ever. At our booth, visitors can experience the value of our TS implant, known for its quality and affordable price at all HiVie positions.”
