Bite blocks and bite ramps for Clarity Digital Bonding
With the July release, you’ll be able to include bite blocks and bite ramps as part of a single bond process using Clarity Digital Bonding. These new features give you the flexibility to connect a full arch of braces together with bite blocks or bite ramps – all in one efficient step.
With Clarity Digital Bondingbite blocks and bite ramps are delivered as digitally designed wells integrated directly into the weld tray. You can design bite ramps for placement incisors or caninesand bite blocks for premolars or molarsdepending on your treatment plan.
When creating the blocks, you are free to use any preferred bite block or bite ramp material. THE translucent Clarity Digital Bonding Tray allows light curing and commonly used materials do not stick to the tray – ensuring a smooth workflow from design to delivery.

We now accept natural dental impressions
Starting July 20, 2025, you can submit physical dental impressions for Clarity Aligners and Clarity Digital Bonding orders.
When you submit your case, simply send the impressions to the lab using your preferred shipping partner. Once the lab receives the impressions, they will scan them and upload the digital files directly to your Clarity Portal folder. There is no extra effort or charge for scanning. Clarity covered you.
After the case is submitted and the scans are uploaded, Solventum will create and provide the first processing plan of the Clarity Aligners or Clarity Digital Bonding. You can then review your case or approve it for production.
Redesigned Clarity product packaging
Solventum recently launched the Clarity brand. Now the company is updating its product packages to match the new look! In August you can expect to see more packs of Clarity branded products coming your way with every order.
