HOLLYOAKS legend Stephanie Waring has had her breast implants removed after 14 years as she shared a touching video from hospital.
Steph, 47, shared her news on Instagram as she bravely revealed she made the post-menopausal decision.
She said there was “nothing wrong” with her implants but that the symptoms she experienced four years ago were “debilitating”.
She said in her video: “Now I’m restoring some balance.
“I just feel like I have a fighting chance to feel normal and like myself again.
“I just want to get rid of anything foreign from my body. So, unfortunately, I have to say goodbye to them today.”

Steph revealed she broke down and begged bosses to change their minds when she got the news.
Speaking exclusively to the Sun at the time, she said: “I was very upset, I didn’t take it well – I was probably the most dramatic person they said.
“I was just telling them, ‘I’m an original character.’
