Comedian Leanne Morgan had a few important people in her life in mind when it came to getting her breasts done in her 60s.
The sitcom star opened up about her decision and how it was influenced by her grandchildren on the Tuesday, October 28, episode. Today with Jenna & Friends.
“I just got them redone because I’m a grandmother now and I wanted a smaller one… because I didn’t want to be in my casket and my grandkids see this big Pamela Anderson — they love her — but I’m 60 years old, so when I had breast implants it was big and now the girls are more athletic and my girls are more athletic.

The mother-of-three also opened up about her decision to get her breasts done after welcoming children Charlie, Maggie and Tess, with husband Chuck Morgan.

“Oh, my breasts were like little tube socks with a marble at the bottom of them,” Lian quipped. “My mom saw me naked, Lucille, and she said, ‘Baby, you’ve got to do something.’ And I wanted it, though, because I was young and still had life left. And I couldn’t find a bra that would fit me.”

She recalled a specific situation when she realized she wanted to have breast augmentation.
“I remember I was singing at a Methodist Church in Myrtle Beach, SC, and I was going to sing a hymn and I was wearing a turtleneck and my bra went just like that,” she said, miming her bra riding up over her breasts. “It was two cones up my neck because I couldn’t keep a bra down. I had nothing to keep it down. You wear a turtleneck and sing ‘Amazing Grace,’ what are you going to do then? I couldn’t go under.”
The moment prompted her to get breast work and, she quipped, “I had a lot of fun with that stuff.”
“How long did they last? 10 or 15 [years]?” co-host Jenna Bush Hager asked.
“It’s supposed to be that way, but Chuck Morgan doesn’t like to spend money, so it was like 25,” Leanne said. “It was a good run and I felt good in my clothes and I felt good and I’m glad I did it. I’ve never regretted it.”
Leanne also joked about her 2025 comedy with Reese Witherspoon, You are cordially invitedsaying, “I was in a movie, my only movie with little Reese Witherspoon and every time she stood next to me, her head would hit right here and her head was the size of that breast implant.”
