Stephanie Davis has vowed to return to her natural, beautiful self as she gave a post-surgery update on Instagram this week.
The 32-year-old Hollyoaks star, who underwent breast implant removal surgery earlier this week, explained to her followers in a new clip that doctors were unable to completely remove her implants.
She admitted she had to exchange them for a much smaller implant to fill out the loose skin around her bust.
Stephanie, who previously explained that she wanted a more natural chest because big breasts don’t suit her, told her followers: “Guys, I’m out the other side.”
She continued: “Those ridiculous boobs are gone. I am very happy to be back to the way I used to be.
“I know it’s going to take a while for them to settle and fall off and all that, and there’s still some swelling, so I couldn’t imagine what it’s going to be like when they fall off and the swelling goes away, so I’m dead happy.”

Along with the video clip, Stephanie wrote in the caption: “Small tits again of course. Muscle recovery from 2 children.
“Then the following week the lip filler fell apart. I want to go back to my natural beauty. Please don’t take surgery lightly, think about what you are doing to your body.
And he concluded: “It’s not a quick fix, happiness is an inside job.”
The post-surgery update comes just days after the star feared she wouldn’t “wake up” from surgery.
The actress expressed her concerns to her followers on Instagram shortly before going under the knife again.
In a previous video clip, Stephanie, who played Sinead O’Connor in Hollyoaks, said she was nervous about having her “horrible, bulky” implants removed and worried she might “never see anyone again”.
He said: “I didn’t sleep last night worrying but I know I’m in safe hands.
“Those horrible, bulky implants I had years ago, I’ve had them removed.
Instead, she had to exchange them for a much smaller implant due to loose skin around her breasts (pictured earlier this week)
Stephanie told her followers: ‘Guys I’m out the other side. Those ridiculous boobs are gone. I’m very happy to be back the way I was”
“Basically I had no self-esteem and I thought, if I get big boobs, I’ll feel more confident, sexier, more attractive.
“And I could go back and never have done them. But hey, ho.
In an effort to raise awareness, he added: “You do things anyway without realizing how drastic they are, all the effects it will have on your body.
“I wish I could go back and never touch my body because I was perfect the way I was, but I couldn’t see that then.
“So now I’m back, trying to get back to how I was. Implants out, small tits, again of course… because they’ve gotten so big.”
In 2023, Stephanie confessed that her breast job, which she had the previous year, was a “mistake”.
She then told followers of her plans to have her breast implants removed as they looked “too big”.
In a candid post on Instagram, she said: “The same goes for my boobs, I want them removed as soon as possible.
“They make me look bigger than I am and they don’t suit my frame and too big. I want my natural self back.
“I wish I could tell my old self how beautiful I was naturally, instead of putting things on the outside to try and fix the inside.
“Think carefully what you are doing to yourself. You can make decisions when you are not in the best position thinking it will help your confidence but let me tell you..
“Love comes from within. It’s an inside job! Think before you do things you’ll regret later.
“I think a lot of it comes with maturing over time and finding love for yourself. You are beautiful just the way you are!’
In 2022, Steph went to Turkey to undergo the procedure in an attempt to boost her confidence.
