A WOMAN said to have the ‘biggest lips in the world’ has left her fans stunned after sharing snaps of herself at dinner.
Andrea Ivanova recently shared that her 20,000 pound baby bump has her parents “worried” about her health.
But her fans are now increasingly worried.
The 28-year-old influencer, from Bulgaria, was recently spotted out for delicious Italian meals with a friend – enjoying classic pizza, macaroni and salads.
But the question on most people’s minds is: How does he eat the dishes?
“Can you eat like this?” said Judith.

Some people were concerned that one of the meals had caused an allergic reaction in Andrea.
Wendy said, “Were you allergic to the food?”
“Try an antihistamine, they help reduce swelling,” suggested another fan. [sic]
“Too much chili?,” said someone else.
Andrea, a former psychology student who has 38,500 followers, has previously hit out at people who don’t like her looks.
She told NeedToKnow: “I’m an adult, I decide what to do with my body.
“My friends don’t hesitate to date me, despite my huge lips, and they accept me for who I am.
“They are used to looking at me with big lips, so they are not impressed by all this anymore.
“But my parents and grandparents keep telling me that my lips are huge and that I look scary to them.
“They tell me it’s ‘too much’ or that I have a very vulgar, scandalous look.
“And that I’m ugly.
“But I pay no attention to their words.
“I want to be different from everyone else.”
The influencer, from Bulgaria, said doctors told her getting more filler could cost her her life, but she also claimed medical professionals told her the procedure was vital to prevent her from getting wrinkles.
Andrea has spent over £20,000 on her huge lips and has now decided to spend £437 on fillers around her nose as she noticed wrinkles starting to form in that area.
What are the dangers of lip fillers?
THE RISKS of dermal fillers depend on whether the procedure was done correctly and the type of filler used.
The NHS recommends that you talk to your doctor about the risks beforehand.
Serious problems are rare, but may include:
- Contamination
- A lump under the skin that may need to be treated with surgery or medication
- The filler material is removed from the intended treatment area, which may need to be surgically removed
- Scars
- Blockages of blood vessels in the face, which can cause tissue death and permanent blindness
You should see your doctor if you have any complications that require medical attention and talk to your doctor if you are not happy with the results or experience lumps.

She previously said: ‘This area is quite dangerous to inject as the sinuses are there, as well as a lot of blood vessels.
“It is possible that if they are blocked, the condition could be life-threatening.”
Andrea said she’s been told by doctors that she’s too far along in the procedures, but added that that hasn’t stopped her.
Recently, Andrea had six different operations in one day, costing her a total of £830.
Had chin reshaping, augmentation and lengthening, jaw reshaping, lip augmentation and cheekbone enhancement.
Andrea admitted that this was extreme and said that in the past she had only done three treatments in one day.
