A woman who claims she has ‘the world’s biggest lips’ has revealed what she looked like before undergoing major surgery and getting copious amounts of lip fillers.
Bulgaria’s Andrea Ivanova regularly hits the headlines for her improved looks, which saw her spend around £20,000 on lip fillers alone after starting her transformation in 2018.
The 27-year-old has previously admitted she struggles to find love due to her dramatic looks, but that hasn’t stopped her from achieving her goal of having the biggest lips and cheeks in the world.
Now, she has revealed what she looked like before she changed her face through cosmetic enhancements.
In her “before” photos, a young Andrea can be seen with regularly proportioned lips. But since she went through the improvement journey, she became barely recognizable.
Her long list of treatments included chin contouring, augmentation and lengthening, jaw contouring and lip augmentation, as well as cheekbone enhancement – all at the same time.
She has previously spoken about how she likes to stand out from the crowd with her unique look.
“I like extravagant things like huge lips, a face with a lot of fillers, heavy and eccentric makeup,” said Andrea.

“I don’t like boring ordinary looks and I’m a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties. Natural beauty is boring to me, so I decided to radically change my appearance.’
The social media influencer has opened up about having six operations in one day as an ‘experiment’ – despite her regular doctor refusing to do it.
“My doctor was afraid to inject more hyaluronic acid into my lips, but I was adamant that I wanted more and I wasn’t going to stop,” Andrea said.
“I wanted to do six procedures at once. Until now, I’ve always done them on different areas of the face on different days.’
Andrea had previously only had three needles injected into her face at once.
But this time, I wanted to experiment with myself to see how many injections and [amounts of filler] it would affect my body,” he said.
She even had to find a doctor in Germany to do the operations, which took place last February, as her usual surgeon simply refused.
And although Andrea was thrilled with the experience, she admitted it was extremely painful.

“I have pain all over my face right now and my jaw and chin are really sore,” she said at the time.
“It’s hard for me to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones and there’s a pulling sensation in my face.”
But Andrea insisted the feeling was normal after the treatment because “the filler hadn’t settled into place.”
Although she struggles to eat, Andrea is adamant that her lips “don’t hurt”.
She added: “I only feel a little discomfort, but that’s where I have the most filler and where I’ve had the most injections. The more filler there is, the less the area hurts.’
Despite the pain, Andrea has no plans to slow down or tone down her exuberant look.
The former philosophy student planned to go to Germany to see the same surgeon, as her regular doctor is skeptical of her transformation.
But now even the German doctor has revealed their concerns.

“I wasn’t afraid to do so many injections at once because I trust my doctor and he is a great professional in cosmetic surgery,” she said.
“But they’re afraid I’ll get necrosis and have to have the tissue surgically removed from my lips if I continue.”
Necrosis is the death of body tissue, which occurs when not enough blood flows to the site, according to the NHS.
This condition can be caused by radiation, chemicals or injury and in some cases can be fatal.
“There are risks, such as inflammation and increased body temperature, especially with so many at once,” added Andrea.
“My face is swollen and bruised right now, which is normal because of the many needles, but I think I’ll be fine in a few days.”
He continued: “You shouldn’t judge people by their appearance. It’s their taste and no one has the right to be offended about it.
“I think I will continue to have multiple injections in a day from now on as it makes me very happy.”
