KERRY Katona has revealed the incredible results of her fourth breast operation.
The TV star underwent a breast lift and got new implants after losing weight earlier this year.
Kerry lost the weight amid heartbreak following her split from fiancé Ryan Mahoney.
She feared the loose skin around her breasts was making her breasts look saggy, but delayed the operation until March.
Kerry has now revealed that she has gone ahead and is delighted with the results after having secret surgery at a top clinic Pall Mall.
Showing off her new boobs on E4’s Celebs Go Dating, she told the Sun: ‘I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been and I feel the happiest I’ve ever been.

“The breast lift with Mr Prasad was the icing on the cake, I feel whole again,” she laughed, giving a nod to a classic Atomic Kitten hit.
Mr Ramachandran Prasad – the surgeon behind the operation – shed light on the procedure and why it was the right choice for the TV star.
She said: “Weight loss is a brilliant achievement and can do wonders for health and self-esteem, but it often comes with a side effect that people don’t always expect – excess skin and reduced skin tone.
“In the chest, this usually appears as a corpse,” he explained.
“Unfortunately, improving skin tone alone is difficult, but what we can do is combine breast implants with careful removal of excess skin to achieve a more vibrant, more youthful shape.
“This is called Augmentation Mastopexy, and that’s exactly what we planned for Kerry.
“It can really transform the appearance of the breast and help people feel like themselves again.”
Kerry joked that she looked like a “nine-year-old boy” when she was lying down after losing weight.
He said earlier this year after hitting the gym: “Good morning everyone. Muscles are building, I’m getting there.
“But I’m excited because today I’m going to Pall Mall [Cosmetics] for a tip about my boobs.
“Seriously, I lay down looking like a nine-year-old boy. Take off my bra, I’m tripping over my nipples,” she added.
Kerry has previously compared herself to a whale after being photographed on the beach in Marbella – but has vowed never to hide her body.
The singer later vowed to lose weight, joking that you could “park a bike” on her bum as she complained about his size in the snaps.
