Simone Biles broke down everything she needed to know about her recent breast augmentation.
Biles, 28, took to TikTok on Wednesday, Nov. 19, to get candid about going under the knife.
“Let’s talk about it,” Biles said pointing to her breasts. “I had my boobs done on June 16, but I know everyone wants to know: Who was the doctor? Where did I get them done? Did I go up or down? And what size implants did I get?”
Biles shared that she got work done in Houston, Texas by Dr. Kriti Mohan. “She’s the best,” gushed the Olympian.
“We decided that under-muscle would be the best option for me based on my inspiration photos to get the most natural look,” Biles explained, noting that she got a 310cc with a “high profile, very full [and] silicone implants’.
Biles explained that the implants were the best look for her because she is 4-foot-8 and 105 pounds and has “broad shoulders.”

When it came to her recovery, Biles told her followers that it was worse than she expected. “You’re gonna lie. That s*** hurts so bad. Your girl couldn’t move on her own.”
Biles said it took her two weeks to feel better. “My recovery was difficult,” he recalls. “On the very first day, Jonathan had to lift me out of bed and take me to the bathroom.” (Biles and Jonathan Owens married in 2023.) She shared that since she’s so built, going under the muscle caused a more difficult recovery.
Immediately after getting her implants, Biles felt like she looked too high on her profile. “I was freaking out and I spoke to my doctor and said, ‘Take them out, they have to be smaller.’ At first they looked like alien breasts, but now they’re perfect.”
The athlete added that she is happy with her size because the 330cc, which was discussed between her and her doctor, “wouldn’t suit” her body.
She also shared that her incisions are “probably half an inch” each below her breasts. “They look really good,” he praised.
“Girl talk 🍒,” Biles captioned the post. Her fans praised her transparency in the comments.
“Well we love an honest girl 😍,” wrote one, while another added, “Oh they sit BEAUTIFUL, such a good lovely result ❤️.” A third gushed, “They look so good and natural ✨✨✨✨.”
Biles has previously spoken about her breast augmentation, saying People that he decided to go under the knife to feel even more confident.
“It’s something I obviously notice a little more because I live in this body, I’m just used to it,” she explained.

At the time, she posted a clip of her doing a flip on a trampoline and captioned it, “First movie – after a year – in new house – with news 🍒.”
