I have been offered injectable countless times over the years by chips and experts – from Botox and Neurotoxin alternativesLike Xeomin, Jeuveau and Daxxify, in filling – but they never thought it was for me. Not that my face is too perfect to be a candidate for it, but because I really felt comfortable on my skin and extremely heinous needles (and they still do). Not to mention the whole idea that black does not really break true to my family, so why bother?
The fact is that I began to observe a protruding wrinkle between my eyes appearing unexpectedly in selfish and group images with friends who really broke me. Since I wear glasses every day and usually remove them just before the photos, I first put it up to my frames leaving a slight impression in the area. But after a closer inspection, I realized with my frustration that I too had begun to develop the fear of “Evensens”. My home treatments and the concealer application at the level of experts helped to conceal their appearance temporarily. Still, I knew I had to do things one step further with professional help to get my lines under control.
“Botox stops the muscles from contracting and in this way softens wrinkles on the face,” Greenfield continues. “If the goal is to avoid wrinkles, start using it before the wrinkles begin to regulate the face in a way that is obvious even when the person is calm or without expression. This is the idea of using genetics, his life, life, life and how he evolves and how he evolves. Emote.”

When a new opportunity came to receive Botox treatment from a dermatologist and Lines skin care creator Marna NusbaumI didn’t say no this time. Although I read what to expect during my treatment and took out some Botox tips from the rest Bazaar Beauty group, I was still a little nervous in front of my appointment, but definitely excited to kiss my stubborn goodbye. “It takes about four to 10 days to kick. So, tomorrow or for the first four days, you could say that these injections did nothing – just wait,” Nussbaum explained. “I like to use Botox first, the real botox brand always, and this is my golden model, but of course, for different people. I can use different options depending on their needs.”
During my appointment, Nussbaum had a total of seven injections in the interval of what it looked like more than 15 minutes: one between my eyebrows, one above each of my peaks and two near the left and right side of my eyes to address my crows. Although I smiled the average treatment to facilitate the visualization of my wrinkles, internally, I saw myself for the needle sting that, amazingly, was not as painful as I imagined. Nussbaum uses a thin insulin syringe to insert about 60 Botox units, which for me did not feel worse than the sting that experienced the skin after a snap from a rubber band.

Immediately afterwards, I developed what is known as “marbles” or a series of small red blows where it put me, a common incident after Botox. They took out after about 30 minutes and my redness quickly disappeared – I even returned to the Hearst Tower to finish the rest of my working day without problems. I noticed that my forehead felt slightly heavy for the first 24 hours, but my face became common in injectable and the feeling left. Nussbaum informed me not to lie down for four hours after the procedure and to avoid exercise, alcohol and facial massage until the next day. “You do not want to handle the area for at least 72 hours after injectables to make sure it stays in place as it is cured on the skin as it can reduce their effectiveness.” SOFIE PAVITT adds. “Less is more to start, and you can always go for a contact later if needed.”

It’s been more than three weeks since I received my first injections, but I could notice a difference in my appearance – especially among my eyes – after a few days. The annoying lifts I was struggling seemed to be magically deleted and I was excited. For me, there was a clear day and night difference in the smoothness of the skin around the area of my eyes, but I realized that the difference was less for everyone else. My husband, who knew I got the botox for the first time, as soon as he said my skin looked smoother, but he couldn’t put his finger on exactly what was different for my face. It didn’t look frozen – it seemed refreshed. “I think the idea that the existence of Botox loads prevents you from moving your face is outdated,” Pavitt continues. “People want movement and I think it’s really rare to see someone so botoxed they can’t move anymore.”

I plan to visit the Nussbaum again for a consulting follow -up in a few days and I think it will agree that its skillful crafts have rendered when it comes to my prolonged fine lines. My skin tolerated the first round of injections pretty nice as the first timer. Not that they are complaining about any other wrinkles right now, but I would be willing to expand beyond the perimeter of my eyes in the future after the success of my original treatment. I guess you can officially say that I am now on the Botox train – at least sometimes a year.
