Breast implants are not considered life devices. The more people have, the greater the chances of developing complications, some of which will require more surgery.
Breast implants have been associated with the development of an immune system cancer called a detailed lymphoma-related lymphoma cell (BIA-ALCL). This cancer most often occurs in patients with textured breast implants than smooth The implants, although the rates are not well defined. Some patients have died of BIA-ALCL.
Patients receiving breast implants have reported a variety of systemic symptoms, such as joint pain, muscle aches, confusion, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases and more. The individual risk of patient to develop these symptoms has not been well established. Some patients report complete solving symptoms when implants are removed without replacement.

Autoimmune diseases (eg wolf and scleroderma)
A weakened immune system (eg taking medications to reduce body immune response)
Scheduled Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy After Placing Breast Implant

What else should I consider?
There is a warning about breast implants. Please refer to Bold Text at the beginning
Many changes in your breasts after implantation are irreversible. If you later choose to remove your implants and not be replaced, you may face the split, rod, crumpled or other cosmetic changes that may be permanent
Breast implantation is not likely not to be a lump sum surgery. Larger implants are in force, the greater the potential risk of complications. You will probably need additional surgeries on your breasts due to complications or unacceptable cosmetic results. Thus, you should also consider complications for later (revision) surgery, as you may face these risks in the future
Cancer treatments and surgery will affect the effect and timing of breast reconstruction
Breast implants may affect your ability to breastfeed either by reducing or eliminating milk production
The rupture of a silicone breast implant is more often silent. Even if you do not have symptoms, you should have your first ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging in 5 to 6 years after your initial implant surgery and then every 2 to 3 years after, whether your implants are for growth or reconstruction. If you have symptoms or uncertain effects of ultrasound for breaking breaking breast, a magnetic resonance imaging is recommended. Additional visualization may be required depending on your medical history and condition. The consequences for the health of a breaking of a silicone breast implant have not been fully established
The usual sorting mammography for breast cancer will be more difficult and implants can rupture during the procedure. Run the self-examination each month for cancer control and ask your surgeon to help you distinguish the implant from your breast tissue. It should be reported to your surgeon to report the clots, persistent pain, swelling, sclerosis or implant changes and possibly evaluated with imaging
What are the key complications with breast implants? The basic complications include reinstalling, removing implants with or without replacement, implantation with implants full of silicone, deflation of implants full of saline and ceilings (severe scar tissue). Other complications include chest pain, swelling, asymmetry, crumpling/ripple, implant nipple complications, hypertrophic scars and visibility/implant visibility.
Talk to your doctor about other complications.
