People are destroying the traditional facelift for mini surgery that gets an issue that feels deep. The tendency leans towards anti-aging, as men and women do not wait up to a certain age to deal with what bothers them. They deal with the issue in their 40s and 50s.
Developments in technology and understanding of skin mechanics mean that we are at a point where mini surgery under local anesthetic can be combined with different therapies in clinical and large skin for an even better result.
What people want is a fine job, less time of stoppage and scars, and look fresh and not work. To find out more, we talked with a plastic surgeon, Dr. Jesús Olivas Menayo, of MS Medical Institutes in Portugal, who explained what people are looking for.
Mini surgery
Dr. Menayo explains the trend, saying: “We see a real shift away from waiting to the point where an important process is the only choice. Patients want to stay in front of the aging of the curve, which means they choose smaller, more targeted improvements earlier. ”
“A mini facelift or upper eyelid surgery can make a remarkable difference with much less interruption and scars compared to traditional complete processes,” he adds. “These subtle surgeries are often combined with advanced energy -based devices such as Quantumrf or Igniterf to enhance skin tightening and collagen production, which enhances and extends surgical effects.”
More popular treatments

The most popular surgeries they are looking for are the big business in Ireland right now. Dr. Menayo says that “the upper and lower blepharoplasty remains one of the most required, as the eyes tend to show aging first. We also see more requests for mini facelifts improve the jaw and degrade liposaragia for those who want more stylish outlines in placed clothes.
“What is interesting is that these are no longer independently-patients often combine them with skin stabilized technologies, such as Quantumrf for precision outlines or ignition to stimulate deep collagen remodeling.”
Combined radio frequency

Radio frequency is becoming more and more popular to work alongside surgery, improving and expanding the results for patients, says Dr. Menayo. They can also help promote the need for a traditional facelift.
“These devices use radiofrequency energy to gently heat the deeper layers of skin, which contribute to existing collagen and encourage new collagen production – ideal for those who are not ready for surgery, but are still remarkable.”
The results?

Dr. Menayo says people should be realistic when taking a mini surgery because the procedure aims at a particular area. Combined with radiofrequency, the whole face needs to be improved, but this is not a facelift. He says, “mini surgeries give you a fresher, more relaxing appearance without the signs of large surgery.”
“The results can be amazing transformations because they are aimed at areas that bother you the most. By incorporating therapies such as Quantumrf or even Morpheus8 Burst, we can achieve a better definition, more stable skin and a longer effect, which means that patients often delay the need for anything more invasive for many years. “
