A woman is embarrassed after spending $ 6,500 on a “mini nose” that has completely transformed her face into an hour without recovery time.
Christina Monteleone, from Hoboken, New Jersey, became more and more conscious of her nose when she joined the social media and had to participate in more videotapes for her work.
The owner of CMB Media, a public relations company, was insecure of how she pointed out her left side, so much that they gave their photographers strict instructions to only take pictures to her right.
Speaking to Femail, Christina revealed: “I never hated my nose, but I thought from some angles especially with pictures or zoom, but I didn’t like the way my nose was on the side of my face.
“I didn’t want my wedding photos to take on one side of my face because of my nose. I was too strict to have a photographer on one side. ”
Three months after her son was born, the 33-year-old decided to close a consultation last year with Dr. Michael Bassiri-Tehrani-for a full nose work.
But after examining Christina’s face, her plastic surgeon told her she could have a “stitch” – a new kind of non -invasive surgery that would give her the nose she always wanted in an hour … with direct results.
Christina has since begun Viral at Tiktok after posting her positive experience from the process, with users flooding the desperate commentary department learning more about this new business.

The mother first met Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani when she was pregnant and suffers from an increase in her right nostril due to hormone growth.
She influenced her breathing and the doctor was able to remove her in his clinic in New York, with Christina calling on the medical “angel”.
Therefore, it was no surprise that when Christina wanted to change her nose, she went straight back to him.
The “stitch of the extremities” can range from $ 6,000 to $ 8,000 depending on the type of nose and the desired result.
A complete rhinoplasty can cost thousands of pounds more, going from anywhere between $ 15,000 to $ 50,000 in New York, according to Kassir Plastic Surgery.
The end of the limb, also called a “nose lift”, was about Christina who had both a cream and a numbness in infusion before Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani went to work.

Christina said she kept to have a full nose work but then they said she could have the job mini nose

Christina says she found the changes that come with maternity provocative, adding that she wanted to help herself feel more confident (depicted after the work of the nose)
She made a small incision before sewing a permanent thread on her nose to pull the tip up, tightening it to its desired position before binding a safe knot so that it would not move.
Christina paid $ 6,500 for the work of a mini nose and left Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani’s surgery an hour later, observing a difference in her nose immediately.
He said: “It’s a little invasive, it’s not complete surgery, I didn’t go down and I didn’t want a long recovery because I only had my baby. It was an hour, I was in and out. Who does not love an immediate result. ”
She took the bandage from one day after the procedure and returned to her usual routine in two days, even to the gym for training.
The NHS says that a complete rhinoplasty can take months to recover, stating that it may take up to six weeks to only drop the swelling.
Christina said: “It was so cool, she gave the mirror to me and everything looked well and besides Tiktok, people can’t say that I have done anything on my face. They continued to say that it looked different. It still looks like me. ”
“I got in with a girlfriend and it was like ‘you just had a baby, you look great’ and told her about the job of her nose. It was just a nice push of trust. I don’t run when I see photos in my profile anymore.
Christina says she found the changes that come with maternity provocative, adding that she wanted to help herself feel more confident.
“The first time I cried after my baby was not when I met the baby was when I saw myself in the mirror in the hospital because it was so raw and dark for me,” he said. “This was definitely something for me that gave me confidence.
“It helped me personally, mentally, emotionally, of course, to get back to my feet and helped me feel like doing something for me.
“The process has given me a renewed sense of confidence, especially after such a transformative year that became a new mother. People talk about finding a new identity after a baby – it’s so real. ”
Christina says that as soon as the work of a mini nose became a viral at Tiktok, Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani had clients from all over the world to fly to test the new process.
“He really changes the game in aesthetics and I will not be surprised if other doctors start trying to reproduce his technique soon,” he added.
