With over two decades of orthodontic experience and qualifications at the level of consultants, Dr. Hirani is widely recognized as one of the most specialized and promoted UK orthodontists.
Since its principles as a hospital adviser for the establishment of Smilelux 15 years ago, Dr. Hirani’s journey was led by one mission: to deliver the luxurious orthodontic accuracy, care and the highest clinical standards.

Adjusting new standards in orthodontics
Dr. Hirani’s credentials speak for themselves. A specialized triple vessel certified (BSC (Hons), BDS, MSc, FDSRCS (ENG), MORTHRCS (ENG), FDS (Ort), GCAP (KCL) has successfully treated thousands of patients.
He is a sought -after lecturer in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and the US and is currently serving as president of British linguistic orthodontic society (BLOS). He is also an active and advanced member of the European Society of Linodontics (ESLO) and the World Society of Linodontics (WSLO).
Its approach is incompatible and is driven by laser focus. Dr. Hirani is the clinical physician for complex cases-especially with clear alignment, linguistic straps and skeletal mooring-and internationally contracts.
Smilelux building
It took two years of strict location hunting before Dr. Hirani found the ideal location to open Smilelux. From the beginning, it was determined that each element-the clinical flow of work, the technology, the comfort of the patients and the design of the practice-will reflect the best in the class.
There RPA Dental entered.
“I am extremely special for who I work, and without a RPA dental, we will not be here,” explains Dr. Hirani. “I need reliability, knowledge and great communication from my suppliers – and so far no one beats RPA.”
The collaboration with Stern Weber began with the installation of a Dental S280TR dental chair, which Dr Hirani credit with the production of millions of treatment value over time.
More recently, Smilelux has been upgraded, adding a further surgery to the recognized Sente Weber S380TRC treatment plant. This was linked to a digital workshop at home using the Dental Art Polo Range, designed, supplied and fully installed by RPA Dental – a move that has converted the patient consultation process and business flow.
“It’s a game of change. The knee design chair provides us with significantly more space in surgery. I can rotate the chair and sit right in front of the patient for face -to -face consultations. It is a huge benefit for the flow of work and the comfort of our staff. “
A relationship based on trust and understanding
Dr. Hirani’s collaboration with RPA Dental has matured in relation to the client supplier. It is a mutual respect and personal connection.
“When expanding a practice, the meetings are primary – and often have to happen out of hours to avoid shutdown,” he explains. “My meetings with Pete Higson are always at 7:30 am or on weekends. He understands how practices work and how valuable time is. ”
“RPA engineers are amazing,” he adds. “It’s like working with an extensive family-a relationship built to last for decades, not a short-term transaction. It is much more profitable to have a long -term relationship. This is the key.

Smilelux does not only look the place-is built on digital dental peak. Practice has developed a fully integrated home flow at home that incorporates 3D printing, hardening, pressure configuration and simulation. With the ability of 3D to print a patient’s teeth simulation within an hour, this regulation eliminates laboratory delays and further increases the patient’s experience.
