A woman who underwent a belly, while unknowingly pregnant, has shared the shocking moment she realized the truth.
Gemma Williams, 42 years old, had stored for a commander – otherwise known as the belly – and eventually decided to bite the sphere after years of feeling insecure about “seductive bags” in her stomach, after the birth of three children aged 14 and 20.
Happy with her decision to proceed with surgery, Gemma is recommended for a private clinic in Swansea, where she underwent consultation before keeping her August 21st process, which costs £ 9,500.

Before the process, Gemma visited the private clinic to have a urine sample to check Heath, which said “not detecting anything” about, he claims.

This comment prompted Gemma to take a pregnancy test and was “beyond shocked” when it returned positively.
A ultrasound two days later, in the same hospital, confirmed that it was 21 weeks.

After a “normal” pregnancy, her son, whom Gemma does not want to mention, was born on May 2, 2025, weighing 7lbs 10oz.
Gemma, a nurse, from the Swansea of Wales, who is no longer with the child’s father, said: “I was not in contraception for three years.
“I thought the extensive bloating and nausea were under the process – so did the clinic. When my friend suggested to do a urine test, I thought at least I could block it.
“It is very likely that the urine sample I got before my belly did not take pregnancy because my HCG levels were very low. At the beginning of pregnancy, they usually grow.
“I had conversations about my choices. But I knew in my heart that I wanted another baby.
“The thought that I was pregnant when I was under anesthetic made my heart fall. Fortunately, my baby is happy and healthy.
“It’s definitely a story about the book – I don’t think I’ll ever be so shocked in my life.”
Gemma was already a mom in three children from a previous relationship and had not planned to have other children.
She completed her five -year course to be a nurse in August 2024 and decided to treat herself on a belly she had saved to correct the “Saggy pockets” in her stomach.
The process levels and tightens the abdomen, removing excessive skin and fat and repairing the weakened abdominal muscles.

According to NHS, there is an increased risk of miscarriage in patients who had anesthetic and surgery during pregnancy.
Submitting the four -hour process, Gemma spent one day to the clinic before returning home on August 16, where she continued to recover.
“I felt nausea and inflated, but I put it down on the belly, as did the clinic when I came into contact for it.”
However, by December 2024, four months after treatment, Gemma’s discomfort continued, urging her to take urine pregnancy test.
Gemma said: “I got 10 other supermarket pregnancy tests – all confirmed that I was pregnant.
“I kept looking at the tests with disbelief.”

A ultrasound the following day confirmed that she was 21 weeks pregnant.
She believes that the low levels of HCG detected in her blood by the clinical pre-surgery meant that pregnancy was lost.
Despite the debate on the finish options, Gemma decided she wanted to keep her baby, who was naturally born on May 2, 2025, weighing 7 lbs 10oz at Singleton Hospital.
Just one size 16, Gemma is now a size 12. Speaking now, Gemma said, “Looking back, I can’t believe it.
“It was hectic. I never expected to have another child, let alone know for 21 weeks.
But I’m grateful – my baby boy is adorable.
He had a good range of lungs in him in the early days. He takes his little personality and has begun to laugh and smile.
“I knew little that I wouldn’t just throw a few sizes dress, but by winning another little one in my brod.”
