We are well aware that possession of cellulite is not the end of the world. But that doesn’t mean we didn’t try everything, from body creams to clinical remedies to reduce it. Someone else who did the work of her life to find a solution for cellulite is Kate Shapland, formerly beauty columnist Daily Telegraph, co -founder of the British beauty council and founder of Line Line Leine LeeGology.
Kate, 56, suffering from cellulite and heavy feet from her adolescence, has gathered the 8-week Cellu-Lite plan As a highlight of all what he learned, tried and had success with personal and professional over 30 years, “and a lot of common sense!” He says. And judging by the testimonies of women who have tried it, it really works.
It caused 20 volunteers around the world between the age of 28 and 65 to test the plan for eight weeks. “I had some concern about the challenge, because I realized that what had worked for me would not necessarily work for others,” Kate says, “but the results are talking about themselves and every success story we hear is the ultimate recognition of this simple approach to common sense.
Instead of simply rubbing a cream in persistent areas, Legology 8-week Cellu-Lite plan It is a triple approach based on eating a healthy diet focusing on oatmeal, yogurt, leafy greens and proteins and avoiding processed foods, starch and sugar, daily exercise that equals 10,000 encourage sewer as well as access to the Facebook Support Team.
The volunteers were invited to measure the wider part of their thighs and to “before” the images of the front, back and sides so they could see their level of progress as the challenge continued as well as record video calendars. At the end of the eight weeks, almost everyone reported smaller thighs and reduced swelling after eight weeks. When the author Clover Stroud took the challenge for the Daily Mail, he lost seven pounds to weight and one inch and a half of her upper thigh.
“All the participants saw a change in the smoothness of the skin and the smoothness of the texture. They commented on the skin that feels softer, looking at a better color (a healthier pink and shiny – and not just their legs, their skin),” says Kate.
While it is not a weight loss diet per see, some of the volunteers lost inches on their thighs. “They saw better levels of traffic – saying their feet were left lighter and more vibrant,” Kate tells us.
The difference in this approach to cellulite and the reason it worked for Kate is that it is not such a focus on fat, but on fluid retention around adipose cells, which can make the phenomenon that can make the effect more visible. “Cellulite is an issue of the whole body and I often hesitate to tell people because it again makes it sound too serious and overwhelming,” he says. “This plan is about dealing with the way in which they are transported, metabolized and removed from waste and waste from the body, diet, product and activity play a synergistic role in it.”
Volunteers before and after volunteers clearly show that the plan is effective. At the moment we are trying out ourselves and so far it does not seem difficult to follow, with wide food guidance and not for dine.
A 41 -year -old, 41 -year -old life -long participant said: “In eight weeks I have the legs I always wanted. I am over the moon.” While another, Annie, 50, said: “I can say that routine has made a real difference, my legs look much better and I feel much more confident in myself”
Step 1: How to eat to reduce cellulite
Kate stresses that the “food” section of the design is a balanced guidance offered by its personal experience. He also points out that it is not a weight loss regime, more a tried and tested way of consumption that has worked for her and others.
Your design encourages you to eat foods high in protein, low in carbohydrates and drink with plenty of water. “We know that carbohydrates can encourage the body to maintain the liquid, as well as the salt, causing the liquid to make and trapped,” Kate says. “Some foods will encourage the weight of the water to fall because it has a diuretic quality. When I discovered how much diet my problem helped, it was a huge discovery and since I couldn’t see any of this information a platform I decided to share.”

While processed foods and carbohydrates such as pasta, bread and potatoes and sugar -rich fruits encourage water to the body, the protein does the opposite, repeating water promoting its elimination through urine, he explains. It is recommended to eat plenty of lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts and protein seeds at every meal.
When awakening, it is recommended to drink a cup of warm water with a lemon compression to activate digestion and encourage waste elimination.
The design is the oat bran (high in protein and fiber and absorbs excess water – up to 20 times on average) to be consumed daily, this can be easily done in breakfast, mixed with yogurt, made in porridge or pancakes.
For lunch and dinner, Kate recommends protein (chicken, eggs, smoked salmon, white fish) and vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, peppers, mushrooms, spinach and cauliflower. Celery, cucumber, onion, garlic, ginger and carrots also have a diuretic value, encouraging the body to expel the liquid.
Before bed, it is another cup of warm water with a lemon compression and a slice of ginger. The key to the design drinks at least one liter of water a day, waiting five hours between each meal and limiting dairy products.

Step 2: Why do you have to continue moving to combat cellulite
Don’t worry about being put through your steps by a fighter trainer. The plan simply requires you to make the equivalent of 10,000 steps a day to get the lymph node, the natural mood of your body waste. Whether you take your steps through walking or running it doesn’t matter, or if yoga and pilates are more of your thing that is too big, because they encourage the faster removal of waste trapped around adipose cells. It is important to pump your lymphatic regularly so that you can try more often in the day – take the stairs, get off the bus a stop earlier, etc.
Step 3: How the creams, body brushing and massage help reduce cellulite
The plan comes with three Legology products, Aircraft a cream that relieves swelling caused by water maintenance, Cell an oil that stimulates cells when plagued, Lymph node a brush brush brush and drainage tool Cylindrical Everything is designed to promote the lymphatic and encourage trapped waste (liquid) to eliminate drainage and stimulation.
“Skin care helps with cellulite. But it’s not the only solution. It’s part of the puzzle,” says Kate. “The basic local ingredients are those that have an impact on circulation and lymph nodes – so stimulant properties such as caffeine, horse chestnut and potassium; also powerful diuretic aromatherapy oils such as Juniper, Siberian Fir, Rosemary and Eucalyptus, we all include.”
Brushing the body is also the key to the design, as Kate explains: “The products do not need to be combined with manual brushing, but manual brushing is absolutely essential because it is one of the most effective ways to move the lymph node.” The design advises brushing the body for a few minutes in both morning and evening, as well as massage on the skin for three or four minutes in the morning and in the evening to bring rich in oxygen blood to the surface.
Products have declined well with volunteers. “I use the oil every night, spending about 10 minutes using the suction cup and massage,” says Annie. “It smells divine and leaves my feet ants and I feel much lighter. Surely I see an improvement in my cellulite.”
We also try them while the Cupping element, which includes the capture of the suction cup over your cellulite with the help of oil, may be a bit uncomfortable, you can definitely feel a displacement that happens under the skin.
The maintenance plan
Kate does not exceed the results: “Yes, cellulite will return if you do not keep up with the plan, but again this is why the design will be flexible and sustainable. You do not like and return to food and life in a way that will have a positive effect on cellulite.”
The unexpected benefits for mental health
When we asked Kate what the effects of cellulite on mental health are, he replied: “Misery! I had cellulite from my adolescence and as the years went by the problem that extends from the ankle to the glute. My ankles and knees with my knees.
“Many women have shared with me the same experience and mental impacts-they feel unnecessarily heavy, stuck, tired and valued.
