This is just the beginning of the revision of Dr. Dustin Christiansen, who is a certified plastic surgeon at Neaman Plastic Surgery in Salem Oregon.
The lower lifting of the body with muscle repair, lipo on sides, upper back and outer thighs are two weeks from today, March 2, 2023.
I want to start my review by referring to the amazing assistants and the coordinators in his office. Stephanie, Allison, Kylee and Alice, you are all so big in making sure I have all my information and so reassure my care. You got even more before and after Dr. C’s photos at Realself, which was a great relief for me. Thank you ladies for being so kind to me. The best has not yet come! So here’s the beginning of my story:
I was looking for providers on my network to make a panic. Dr. Keith Neaman was listed, so I searched him and I really liked what I learned about him and his practice in Salem Oregon. I remember asking for a consultation in August 2022 to see Dr. Keith Neaman, but for what I was looking for, I mentioned his partner, Dr. Dustin Christiansen. I had seen so many amazing reviews for Dr. Neaman, I asked the lady on the phone, “Is it as good as Dr. Neaman?” And the answer was, “If it weren’t, he wouldn’t work here.” I am so happy to have I got this consultation with Dr. Christiansen. On October 11, I reached 188 at 5 ‘9.3 inches. Dr. C came to the room with positive energy I could feel. Listen to my concerns and my story. He looked at my body very well and I felt very comfortable in his presence. Because I had a gastric bypass in 2007 and lost over 100 pounds, I deal with very loose skin around my lower body and my upper buttocks. Dr. C and I agreed that a lower lift (lipectomy belt) with lipo would be better for me. The request for a panic in my safety was made and rejected. I wrote a appeal, expressing how my skin condition at the age of 54 influenced my quality of life. They were overthrown and approved for the panic. I have been upgraded to the belt lipidomy by muscle repair, lipo on sides, upper back and outer thighs.
I want to mention, they live 6 hours away from Salem Oregon. I live in a rural city in eastern Oregon in Harney County. The nearest large hospital is three hours away. I have to be really impressed with Dr. C, to be willing to travel so far from the car in the winter over a few serious snow -full mountain passes and ice at the moment. I will stay a week in Salem to be close after my process.
Pre-op: 22 February 2023 — My weight has been reduced to 171 lbs +/-
Dr. C and I met actually for my visit. I had done all my workshops and the ekg that was okay. His assistant, Kylee, first met me to overcome my medical history over the phone. I was at work at that time, so we had the virtual meeting with Dr. C in my office. He is so professional. But behind this professional abroad with his hands crossed (see photo above) I can see a sense of humor and a true care for his patients. I had created a list of questions and allowed me to ask them first. His answers were impressive and clear. I feel that I am going to this process, which is very important, without questions and clear expectations. I will further update with photos as I spend this trip.
