The mum-of-three and influencer, who went under the knife in 2025, was this week’s guest on There is no parental guidance podcast where she talked about all the surgeries, as well as her decision to show her children’s faces on the Internet.
“My boys are growing up now and I feel like I can do more for myself now. In the last couple of years I’ve really started working out, taking care of myself, eating better,” said the Instagram star who first started posting mom-related content on YouTube in 2014.

What is blepharoplasty?
EYELID PLASTIC, commonly referred to as blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the eyelids.
It can be performed on the upper, lower eyelids or both.
The procedure is usually done for cosmetic reasons, but it can also have functional benefits in cases where excess skin obstructs vision.
Post the trip to her Instagram pagethe mum said in September last year: ‘This is a procedure I’ve been thinking about for a long time.
“I’ve always had hooded eyes, but in recent years they’ve started to droop in a way that really bothered me. After much research, I decided to go ahead with blepharoplasty.
“I’m very happy with the results already, they’re still healing but it’s exactly what I was hoping for.
“Thank you so much for all your wonderful comments and messages during my treatment. I was a little unsure about sharing this journey with you all, but I’m so glad I did.”
Today, showing children’s faces online is a big topic of discussion, but Emily admits it was never something she questioned with her boys Fraser, now 15, Caleb, 12, and Jackson, 9.
“When I started, I had no followers, no one really following,” said Emily, who has now amassed 900,000 YouTube fans.
“I was just really documenting my life – where they were. So I showed them a lot.
“Now they’re older, I think from the time I was ten, if I put on social media, an Instagram picture, I’d be like, ‘Is that okay?’
“Right now, it’s one of their biggest handles – you know, my mum’s a YouTuber, they seem to love it.
“But I worry in the future – will it be something like Brooklyn Beckham?”
Housewife Hannah, who has three children, said: “Obviously, we don’t know the details […] but it really petrifies me that one day my son will turn around and say, “Actually, my mom has ruined this, my mom has embarrassed me.”
“The thought of him somehow wanting to disconnect from me and my family one day really, really breaks my heart.”
Emily continued: “My boys… I feel like with social media, as long as I’m very fair and respectful […] – You have to have boundaries around what you will show and what you won’t show.”
