Tamra’s implant surgery was performed by Dr. Donny Mowlds, the same plastic surgeon who did the elevator and Laser CO2 in 2024. Rhoc The cast member said he wrote Dr. Donny in front of the podcast episode and received a simple explanation for the “deformation” caused by its previous breast implants.
“My muscle who was removed from my chest and was on my shoulder,” Tamra said. “I will tell you, it didn’t hurt, but this is something that happens sometimes when you have the type of breast implants I had: one partially below the muscle.
Tamra said the situation is mostly observed in natural active women like himself.
“I do many chest exercises and started getting worse,” he explained. “The treatment I had was to sew the muscle.
Why Tamra Judge ever pledged to get implants again
Tamra said it took over the implants on July 14, about five years after it has decided to get rid of its previous implants due to health concerns.
“I vowed not to make implants again,” he admitted. “Now these are new implants, because I had initially removed my own five years ago. I had autoimmune issues and all things … I don’t know if it was a placebo or my mind or whatever, but I took them out and felt like I was much better.”

Tamra said Dr. Donny initially wanted to put 250 cc implants on Tamra, but determined that her ribcage was “very narrow” for that size. So, try multiple implants before going with 150 ccs.
