” How to grow my hair thicker and more? ” It is undoubtedly one of the most sought -after beauty questions online.
Only in Tiktok, there are thousands of videos of people sharing hacks (some weird than others) to achieve a more complete look – and who can really blame us?
Like many, I try to have more rich hair – just because it feels and looks better.
But as one approaches their big 3-0 next year (eek!), There is no doubt that my hair that once rapunzel is not what once was once.
I have gone from having the longest hair in school to have to go for the 18 -year -old Big Chop after arthritis drugs caused my locks to throw.
My shoulder mane, though in tendency, has always felt like anything compared to my teenage hair.
I have also jumped into the viral hairstyle molly-ba-which has caused my hair to retreat, exposing my forehead already-mega even more.
From rosemary and castor oil, rubbing the raw onion around the temples (I wouldn’t recommend), massage my scalp and the so -called reversal method – believe me, if there is a “solution” on the internet, I probably have tried it.
However there is a last solution that I have not yet jumped – a hair transplantthat some of my friends have seen incredible success.
But I haven’t tried it for a very good reason-the price of eyes that can range from £ 1,500 to an astronomical £ 5,000, which is far out of my pocket and that of millions of hard beauty buffs.
Step Up – The miracle product that made the scary hair line looks significantly thicker in just two months for less than £ 1.50.
When it comes to dealing with dilution, the biggest mistake people make focuses on their legs – when, in fact, scalp should be your first priority.
Think – you wouldn’t expect the flowers to thrive on dry and unhealthy soil and the mane and scalp is no different.
While many may protest over rosemary oil as their holy chalice, experts have warned that this trend can really have the opposite effect.
Hallologist Hannah Gaboardi I said to the bazaar This rosemary oil can “block the follicles and reconcile into growth causing excessive accumulation of oil”.
Instead, when shopping to thicken hair care, the two main ingredients to look for are peptides and caffeine, which stimulate hair follicles and increase the scalp microcirculation.
Embarrassment about where to start? London’s leading Philip Kingsley hair clinic recently launched a new range of density, which included a density of density shampoo and air conditioning (£ 60) and protein spray (349).
All you need to know about hair loss and dilution
Anabel Kingsley, Chairman of the brand and head of hairologist at Phillip KingsleyTalk to me wonderfully exclusively.
How many people experience it?
Hair dilution (also known as a female/male pattern of hair loss) and hair rejection (also known as Effluvium Telogen) are incredibly common. Telogen Effluvium probably affects everyone at some point in their lives, and it is estimated that hair loss affects 50% of men at the age of 50 and 40% of women aged 50 years.
Why is it happening?
The loss of hair of women and male motifs is largely genetic. It occurs when the hair follicles on the scalp slowly tiny and begin to produce progressively smaller and then thinner hair. In men, it is caused by a sensitivity of hair follicles to testosterone/ dihydrosterone (DHT). This may also happen to women, but it is not always.
TE appears in response to some kind of underlying imbalance or metabolic displacement. As hair is non -essential tissues, your hair follicles are very sensitive to general health, as your body gives your hair a last priority. When something is imbalanced, or you are indifferent, more hair than the usual exit of the hair growth phase (anagen) of the hair growth, rest for 3 months (called TELOGEN) and then thrown.
Common triggers are rapid weight loss, low -calorie diets, thyroid disorders, iron and ferritin (a protein that stores iron), vitamin B12 deficiency and vitamin D, certain drugs, severe drugs. Due to Telogen’s length, the Telogen Effluvium does not occur immediately after the causal event-occurs anywhere 2-4 months later.
How many hair can someone lose?
With TE, you can lose up to 3 times your “normal” amount every day. It is normal to lose up to 150 hairs a day, and with the Te you can see between 300-400. Up to 50% of the hair can be lost by rejection, but the good news is that it is temporary and the hair should grow as the underlying cause once again. With the motif hair, it depends.
Men can go almost completely bald, while women usually experience a more spread hair loss over the top of their scalp. As hair loss is progressive, early treatment is as important as it allows you to maintain as much hair density as possible.
But the real star of the demonstration of this line is the density that maintains the drops of the scalp, which retail for £ 50 and work to be about £ 1.40 per 2.5ml to apply.
Contains an innovative active complex, these four -star drops are designed to maintain the condition of the follicles and to protect the density over time.
Caffeine -shaped and a mixture of biomimetic peptides, scientifically tested drops of slow hair loss and most importantly – reduce head visibility.
The latter is something I had struggled for a few years now, desperately trying to hide the sparse patches and refuse to wear heads.
As with almost every product and hack I had tried before, I was thoughtful in the beginning – could these drops, which work to be 100 times cheaper than in Turkey, really to solve the suffering of my hair?
After just two months of massage in the drops that cause Tingle on my scalp, especially around the temples, I was surprised to observe a fair amount of baby hair that emerge.
While I am still a little away from a complete and thick hair line, there was definitely a huge improvement – and all without walking with a swollen front as it is often with hair transplants.
The procedure is also extremely fast compared to hair transplant surgery, which can take up to eight hours – before you start experiencing scabies and eventually fall.
As someone with a busy program that also appreciates her sleep, the age who spends different hair care products are something I am afraid of.
However, these drops fit perfectly into my daily life – just shampoo your hair, apply the product to your scalp, give a small massage and voila.
There will be a little feeling of tingling – but it is not unpleasant or make you want to be desperately itch – and your pieces will not become fat after.
Whatever your age, I would particularly recommend these drops if you fight with hair loss and rejection.
Yes, the tiny hairs that fly everywhere will be annoying – but the end result is worth it.
