When you are used to covering skin and aesthetics, there are some keywords that tend to appear again and again.
Germicide. Ectoin. BBL. Dermaplaning. Dermabrasion. IPL. The skin barrier. Retinol. Retinoid. Retina.
The list continues. It seems that every week there is a new trend that absolutely everyone in the skin care game are going to talk about … well, next month or two until the next new, shiny treatment comes together.
Then there are these phrases that you have heard your aesthetic speech, the ones that appear on your Tiktok FYP. It’s been a long time – and you might use them on your own – but you’re not exactly definitely what they mean.
Introducing ‘Skin Resurfacing’: The term skin care you probably have encountered a few times on your skin’s journey. I know I have, and so far, I didn’t really know what it meant.
To reappear one’s skin
The repetition of the skin is not only one thing, it is many remedies under an umbrella.
It is also called “skin rejuvenation”, the procedure includes a series of treatments aimed at improving texture and skin appearance and addressing issues such as sun damage, fine lines, acne scars and much more.
A reconnection therapy can range from chemical peels to friction with laser to photo-regeneration-or a combination of all of the above. Even some injectables are classified as skin reconnection treatments.
Like The Tround Of The Southern clinic Offer a variety of laser rejuvenation packages for a range of skin concerns. The treatment that reconnects their skin uses a laser to deliver energy to the deeper layers of the skin, leaving the upper layer intact.
Other methods of skin reconnection, however, are based on less invasive treatments such as LED treatments, peels and masks.
What does the skin reappear?
There are many reasons why one can try some skin renewal or rejuvenation.
For me, I’m generally really happy with my skin – it looks fresh, it shines, I still don’t have a lot of fine lines (thank you, extensive skin care routine), and yet it’s red. Continuously.
It’s not so remarkable in the morning but give me 30 minutes to the gym, a spicy curry, or even a short, lively ride, And I’ll be purple.
It could be rosacea, it could pop blood vessels, it could be a long combination of things that I can never discover in the journey of my skin care, but there is one thing I know for sure – it is annoying.
Other people are trying to discover the skin to address issues ranging from over -coloring, fine lines, loss of skin tone, vascular conditions and scars.
To be treated
I got my skin treatment in Dublin The Glow Clinic use Phoformula products. The Spanish brand of skin care has a new face complex, edited in the needs and concerns of every patient. Mine, of course, was redness.
First, my therapist cleans my skin with the Phoformula Exfo, before being fired with the primer of the skin. She then performed a test sensitivity test to see what level of my skin was able to.
I mentioned a 3 out of 10 tingling, which meant my skin was durable – for me! We continued with the complex treatment that we reunited CR to help enhance the skin barrier and to restore my skin.
(My treatment was the most in -depth, as my sensitivity levels were low, but your therapist can manage lower levels depending on the results of your permeability.)
A dust peptide mask then smoothed and stabilized my skin (and really satisfied to take off), and then I was covered with a cream after recovery and of course a SPF.
The whole experience got about an hour and then I was free to go, with a small piece of redness, but a little break. I could even put makeup that night!
Results
Two weeks have passed since my treatment and my skin was in some very good condition.
It’s bright, it’s bouncy, and most importantly, redness doesn’t look as serious as before … except when I’m in the gym, but listen, you can’t win everyone.
Of course, there was only such a big difference that I was going to see after a treatment (it is recommended to get 3 or 4 to really see some serious results), but still, I’m impressed.
You may even consider a conversion of the skin.
