How it works The body rejuvenation program takes place at the Hotel Post Bezau, in a beautiful Austrian corner famous for two things: hiking and cheese. It seems unfair, seeing that the program includes a diet without cheese, but there are walks every day, as well as three times a day. Sicco Schwenzfeger, an expert lymph nodes in the stars (Farrah Fawcettt was a customer), told me that although the program does not eliminate cellulite for good, its appearance is significantly reduced by the end of the course.
The diet (based on traditional Chinese medicine) includes oatmeal or chicken porridge for breakfast, lots of soup, local vegetables and fish (always cooked, so that your digestive system can easily break them) and tea tea, which acts as a diuretic, which means Loo. Coffee is from the menu, as well as wine, meat and everything containing sugar, even fruits. In the course, it allowed me a “cure” (a boiled egg). However, I was not surprisingly hungry during everyday walks through forests and green, grassy fields, meeting the occasional mountain cow, everyone was wearing compression ghettoes. These ensure that you sweat a lot as you walk, which, according to clinical doctors, launches the skin of even more toxins. It is not a flattering look, but better than to swear it in a sauna full of naked people back to the hotel.
I had a daily lymphatic-braining massage-so much relaxing (the pressure soft, always in the direction of the lymph nodes) that I often have taken out of anti-cytitis wrappers, where both the abdomen and the thighs were) with creamy cream. After six days of wrapped, fermented and deprived, I had lost 3.5 cm from each thigh and another 3 cm from the waist. Any “dimpling” had virtually disappeared, with my thighs feeling smoother, like a sculpture that had the ends of looting down. By lucky, cellulite will stay away – and if it doesn’t, at least I still have these compression ghettoes. B.C

The solution Cellulite Treatment with Laura Jones
How it works I don’t like any cellulite, but if I had to choose the cellulite I like the least, it’s the things I have on the sides of my thighs – a grayish one that, under some lights, looks like a three -dimensional map of the Alps. My mom was a beautiful Polly Leg model, so I know this is not genetic. It is my fault: Toast feet is very cross -legged, too much toast, it doesn’t run enough. I tried an intervention when I was 13, “lending” my mom’s Slendertone machine, connecting the brown rubber pillows using thick elastic bands, turning the knife up to 10 and yelping as my muscles broken. Since then I am skeptical of anything. So I went to see Laura Jones – Masseuse, Acupuncturist, Expert in Chinese Medicine. It has developed a cellulite treatment that does not include brown rubber pillows. Instead, it includes fire …
