Simone Biles She just landed more than a twist — she may have confirmed long-held speculation that she had a breast augmentation.
The 28-year-old gold medalist shared a not-so-subtle hint that she’s had cosmetic surgery in a new Instagram Stories post shared on Wednesday, October 15, alongside a video of herself jumping on the trampoline outside her stunning residence.
“First flip – in a year – in the new house – with a new one [cherries emoji],” Biles wrote in the caption, appearing to clear up rumors that she underwent breast enhancement.
In the video, Biles celebrated the moment by doing a back flip with impeccable form in honor of her life changes. “I’ll do another one!” she stated excitedly. When told to try a triple double, the athlete playfully replied with a smile, “Absolutely not. I got a cramp.”

Up until this point, she hadn’t engaged in plastic surgery speculation, but was open to making minor tweaks to her appearance.
“For my 27th birthday, I got Botox, like baby Botox, right here in my T-zone and I didn’t like it,” Biles revealed in a “Get Ready With Me” video she posted last August. “So I haven’t had it before, and mind you, that was in March.”
Biles has seemingly confirmed that she went under the knife after other stars shared details about their breast jobs earlier this year.

As for what’s ahead, Biles said she can get back to what she does best. The athlete did not rule out competing at the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles while speaking in Buenos Aires.
“Everybody likes to talk about Los Angeles and what that road looks like for me,” Biles revealed. “So right now, I’m taking some time off from the gym because I think it’s really important that your physical health matches your mental health.”
“That’s why you saw so much success from me in Paris, because mentally and physically it was on the same level,” Biles emphasized.
