Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles has shared why she’s so open about her plastic surgery as she admits she wants young girls to find inspiration in what she does
Simone Biles shared a candid view of her breast work as she opened up about her decision to get plastic surgery.
The Olympian, 28, has stressed how important it is for her to be honest about the procedures she’s had, because she believes people should feel “no shame” about what they choose to do with their bodies. Simone recently revealed on TikTok that she has had three plastic surgeries so far, as she asked her followers to guess which they thought the procedures were.
He didn’t confirm in the clip what it is, but admitted that two of the three things might not be noticed. The seven-time Olympic gold medalist then responded to several people who posted in her comments section.

While she remained coy about her breast augmentation just adding the cherry emoji, she was upfront about lower blepharoplasty (reducing tightness from the lower lids and removing excess skin from the upper lid) and earlobe surgery.
Speaking about her decision to openly discuss the procedures she said People“I’m just who I am and I feel like I’ve always tried to be open and honest and relatable. Seeing me win medals at the Olympics, that’s not relevant. But what’s relevant is how we feel about ourselves, what we talk about, what we’re going through and how we share openly, honestly.”
He went on to say “that’s why I decided to share,” before going into more detail about the surgeries. She explained: “I have a lower eyelid because me and my family have, I call them ‘Biles eye bags’, we’ve just always had them, hereditary, and so that was just a big flaw.”
“And I said, ‘Oh, baby, I had 12 hours last night, these won’t go away. These are simply hereditary. So it’s something I wanted to fix.” She then went on to explain how she had “plastic surgery” on her ear “to fix it” because one of her earrings “torn off” when she was a child.
Addressing her breast work, Simone admitted she didn’t make it because she “didn’t like” the way it looked. She stated that “obviously you can look out for breasts,” but that other than that, “you just feel good about yourself and love yourself, and I’ve always been very vocal about that.”
She further clarified that “it’s not that I didn’t like how I looked or how I felt,” adding that “it’s just something that I obviously notice a little bit more because I live in this body, I’m just used to it.”
Simone suggested that “social media isn’t real, so I try to be as transparent as possible,” as she admitted that she hopes her decisions “show young girls that they have a right to their own choices, whatever they are, and that’s not a shame either.”
