Safiya Vorajee has confirmed that she has undergone breast reduction and augmentation surgery in a bid to give her breasts a “better profile”.
The ex-partner of ex-TV personality Ashley Cain jetted off to Turkey for a discount after enjoying a break in Majorca, during which she updated social media followers with a series of pre-surgery bikini photos.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Safyya, 36, admitted she is recovering well after going under the knife at the Clinic Center in the Turkish capital Istanbul.
Speaking from her hospital bed, she told her followers: ‘Sorry about how bloated I am, literally sleeping for hours.
“But that’s okay: the more I sleep, the faster I recover. But so many have messaged me in my DMs to ask what I had actually done.

“I had breast augmentation. I had a reduction and then he put in an implant. I wanted more profile at the top of my chest.
“I lost a lot of volume after having Azaylia, so I just wanted to get the volume back up again.
‘[The surgeon’s] put them on, they went under the muscle too, just to give me that profile I want, and I’m very happy.
“I took a look in the mirror and I’m over the moon, but I’m very sleepy. I want to tell you more but the surgery is really very good and my room is also very good. Well yes. I’m all right.’
The influencer dated reality personality Ashley from 2017 to 2022, but the couple were devastated when their daughter Azalyia was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia aged eight weeks and had tumors in her lungs, stomach and kidneys.
She was given several rounds of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, but sadly passed away on 24th April 2021, aged just eight months, after a courageous battle.
Safiya later claimed Ashley dumped her in a ‘swift and brutal’ manner – before asking her for another child.
Ashley has since started a new relationship and welcomed son Aliyas Diamond Cain with his partner – whose name has not been revealed – in January.

The former Ex On The Beach star revealed he went to his daughter’s grave to personally break the news she was going to be a big sister.
He said The sun: “After I went to her resting place and talked to her about it, I just had a feeling in my heart and soul that she was happy for me.
“She was happy to have a little brother and now he’s just someone else for her to look after and protect her in this world.”
He continued: “In the back of my head I didn’t know how to deal with it or deal with it if it was a little girl. It could have been good, but it could have been heartbreaking again and I wasn’t sure.’
Safyya said both she and Ashley struggled with their grief and later moved out of their home in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
The couple raised more than £1.5m to fund Azaylia’s specialist treatment before her death and later put any money into The Azaylia Foundation.
The charity aims to support families and provide unforgettable experiences to children battling cancer.

He travels from Land’s End to John O’Groats three times, running the entire distance north before cycling back to the bottom of England and then kayaking back to the top of the Scottish coast – a journey of nearly 3,000 miles.
Ashley keeps an online journal of his challenge, dubbed Ultraman 2024, which he completes in honor of his daughter Azaylia, who died of cancer in 2021.

Ashley said his legs, stress fractures and other injuries, including tears, “now have a chance to heal” during the cycling portion of his journey.
He added: “Trying to cover over 100 miles a day in all conditions with a completely exhausted mind and body is extremely difficult and quite emotionally challenging. But guess what, we keep moving!

“Now I ran from the bottom of England to the top of Scotland. I then jumped on my bike and cycled from the top of Scotland, crossing the Scottish border yesterday back to the top of England. All in just 38 days.
“Now I have another five days before I reach the bottom of England before I jump in the kayak to make the whole journey again fighting the elemental forces of the sea.
“Without pain, without sacrifice, we would have nothing. We must embrace the pain and burn it as fuel for our journey.’
The Ultraman challenge began on April 24, marking the third anniversary of Azaylia’s death, and he hopes his feat will create a legacy for his daughter and raise money for childhood cancer research.
