After achieving certification of bonyf products, including the newest innovative product called Periocream, bonyf concluded new supplier agreements in three key strategic areas. Western & Eastern Europe, United States of America (US) and Southeast Asia (SEA).
For the important US region, a strong and stable distributor partner has been contracted, which ensures access to the US dental market. Equally important is the implementation of an effective dental team of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) ready to ensure in full coordination with the US distributor, the dental professional education part of PerioCream, the introduction of PerioCream and introduction to the SRP protocols in the US. bonyf AG started the certification process with the FDA last October and meanwhile offers the US distributor to prepare the US dental care market for the arrival and distribution of PerioCream expected in the second quarter of 2026 (Q2/2026).
For the SEA region, 2 of the 10 PerioCream target countries have contracted. Country registration has begun and approval is expected before the end of the second quarter of 2026 (Q2/2026).
In the European region, 4 of the 10 PerioCream target countries have been contracted and a dedicated dental channel consultant to cover the specific German dental care market begins a trial period on December 1, 2025. The first PerioCream deliveries are scheduled for the first quarter of 2026 (1/2026).
In addition, established dental care distributors in the Middle East (ME) announced that they will be launching PerioCream across the ME region. bonyf has begun negotiations for the phase 1 agreement and expects faster registration and distribution of PerioCream in the ME region than previously anticipated.
The new PerioCream supplier agreements include confirmed PerioCream orders, represent a faster than anticipated roll-out of PerioCream and are placed today, just one month after its successful EU MDR certification, with an order value of no less than a quarter of a million euros.
What is PerioCream?
PerioCream is a periodontal paste intended as a natural barrier to protect the gums and relieve pain after dental procedures such as scaling and root planing (SRP).
PerioCream periodontal paste as a supplement to SRP, applied to the gums by dental professionals, acts as a protective barrier by isolating inflamed gums and irritated oral tissues to reduce bleeding, enhance natural healing and prevent bacterial recolonization.
The product is clinically proven to significantly reduce post-SRP pain, enhance patient comfort and improve the overall SRP experience.
