Southern charmMolly O’Connell has shot down rumors that a “sugar daddy” paid for her vaginal rejuvenation surgery.
During Craig Conover’s Memorial Day party from season 11, episode 5, Molly talked to Venita Aspen about how Salley Carson had been, in her words, “talking about my bum.” A flashback to Whitner Slagsvol’s drama-filled birthday dinner confirmed that Salley had mentioned to Rodrigo Reyes that Molly “got a new trick” and asked, “Who do you think is paying for it?”
As Molly explained to Venita and Rodrigo, “She claims I have a boyfriend and she bought it for me.”

Venita, meanwhile, admitted she was the one who told Sally that Molly had had “a bit of a nibble”, but insisted she never specifically said a “friend” had funded her procedure.
“I paid for it out of my account in 2019,” Molly clarified to Venita, before adding in a confessional: “I’m very open about the things I do, but the one thing I really didn’t want to tell the whole world was that I cut my lip, okay?”
After Venita apologized, Molly said she was “thrilled” that Venita brought the information to Sally, knowing he would likely repeat the rumor. Regardless, Molly said she would “let it slide” with Venita, given their bond.

Salley’s response? “I didn’t talk about your trick. I’m sure it’s great.”
In a confessional, Salley added: “What is this? Venita is her [who] he told me about the sugar daddy and the trick. And am I the one who bothers to talk about it? I have never talked about her trick. I’m sure he’s got a great new trick.”
Inside Molly O’Connell and Sally Carson’s feud
However, the beef between Molly and Sully started before the surgery-related drama came to light.
In its second episode Southern charm Season 11 Molly revealed that Salley said she would hook up with Austen Kroll “the next day” after breaking up with then-girlfriend Audrey Pratt. “I mean, if I [were] Audrey and I learned that Salley said that, I’d be like… “I’ll fight your king,” Molly remarked in a confessional.
Then in episode 3, Molly explained to Venita that she was upset that Sulley brought up Madison LeCroy that she was “drunk” at her baby shower. As such, Molly told Venita that she felt she could no longer “trust” Sally.
During the same conversation, Molly also accused Sally of being “his girlfriend” for apparently betting on Craig for his best man Charlie Manley. “Sally can’t do wrong to every man in Charleston,” Molly added.
By the time Whit’s literary issue came out, Sully had realized that Molly had been talking about her behind her back, and tensions between the two reached an all-time high. The drama didn’t boil over, however, until the so-called “sugar daddy” allegations surfaced at Craig’s party.
