Kylie Jenner caused a fan fan when she revealed exactly what breast surgery she had done, but a leading New York plastic surgeon warns against women copying her class.

The exchange came two years after Kylie confirmed for the first time that he had undergone a secret breast increase at 19 – something he denied for years.
New York plastic surgeon Dr. Norman RoweWho did not face Kylie, shared his thoughts on ordering an exclusive conversation with American Sun.
A 450 cc breast implant weighs about one pound.
He said, “Kylie, in my opinion, I think they are a little too big, I rarely put big. I always tell my patients – bigger implants, bigger problems, implants will fall.
“I don’t know which technique was used. There are some ways to try to keep them, but even with the compatriots to keep a breast implant up, 500 on each side, this is almost a pound.
“Now you say,” Oh, it’s not too much. It’s just a pound. “But imagine for the next ten years on your chest. It will fall.

Rowe explained: “Two and a quarter is more than enough for me. These are the patients I see. I don’t do many tits of stripper as they say.
“Don’t go so big unless you make $ 20 million in a pole,” he laughed.
Asked if he feels that Kylie will need further work, he said: “He should do it. They are too young to not do [again]. They will need to be done in the next five or six years.
“It’s skinny. These are these implants they will fall.
“I am very conservative. I have seen these complications and they are not fun.
“Patients are not happy and as soon as you get off the road. You have two options. You either continue to become older or solve it.
“When they fall, resolve the problem by placing a larger implant or you need to put more scars on the chest and put a smaller implant.
“And I see a lot of people who started at 300. They had a problem and instead of getting this implant, putting a 250. A doctor will put 400.
“So maybe he had some problems and to solve the problem that went a little bigger, as opposed to the placement of more scars on the chest and to do so.”
Meanwhile, Rowe added Kylie Kris Jenner’s recent facelift, which has caused turbulence and said the family is still leading the way when it comes to inspiring others to get plastic surgery.

Kylie first confirmed surgery in a 2023 Kardashians episode, revealing that she had done the process before the birth of Stormi daughter, now seven.
He told Stassie Karanikolaou: “I got my breasts before Stormi. Within six months of stormi – I didn’t think I would have a child when I was 20 – they were still healing.”
She admitted that she expressed her regret for the decision, adding: “I had beautiful breasts, such as the natural t*ts, just beautiful … and I just wanted, obviously, I never made them start.
“I would like to recommend anyone who is thinking about waiting until you have children. I have a daughter.
He also shared that she wanted to be “the best mom and the best example for”, adding, “I wish I could be her and do it all differently because I wouldn’t touch anything”.
Kylie did not confirm whether or not she did them for a second time, but caused rumors in 2024, after coming out with a noticeably larger breasts.
She is a Mom of Stormi, seven, and the son Aire, three, with a former friend, rapper Travis Scott.
