In a video shared on Monday, the glamorous model, 47, spoke to the camera about her latest surgery and revealed plans for future work.
She told her fans she was loving her ‘new kissable lips’ before revealing she would be undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) next week and an unnamed operation.
She said: “How I love my new kissable lips and next week those aren’t the only lips I’ll be making kissable. And then I’ll have a nice juicy bum. New year, new me, new start and new start in life.’
Her latest of countless surgeries comes just days after it was revealed she had split from boyfriend JJ Slater after nearly two years together.

Katie has previously spoken out about the stabbing and previously admitted she believes she was now too young to have her first breast job at 18.

The mother of five had her first plastic surgery at the tender age of 18, where she had breast work done, transferring her breasts from a B cup to a C cup and had her first liposuction.
Katie said: “I was 18 and when I look back, it’s very young. I think you have to wait until they’re 21. But they’re in their early 20s and their faces are filled with this and that. He is very young. I had no idea what botox or fillers were…
“The first time I got Botox I was about 27, 28. They didn’t have social media when I started. I try to tell the girls “I started my career with no airbrush, no filters, that’s how it was”.

Katie’s positive professions of “new year, new me, new start and fresh start in life” come in the wake of her latest heartbreak.
The Daily Mail revealed that Katie ended the romance after realizing she saw no future with the former reality star, 14 years her junior.
Insiders say the cracks in their relationship had become “too obvious to ignore” in recent months, despite Katie insisting they were strong.
The mother-of-five has now accepted that their romance is over and JJ, 32, will not be husband number four.
