“I have my life back,” 22 -year -old Halima Khaliq beams, after an innovative rhinoplasty process at Leeds Private Hospital that has rejuvenated her trust, dignity and health. “As far as I can remember, my nose has caused me enormous pain and anxiety,” Halima honestly reflects. “It was not only the difficulties in breathing that were unpleasant. I felt self -sacrificing and restless in social situations, unable to relax.”
Five years ago, Halima underwent an important business at Leeds’s General Infirmary, which, in her words, proved to be a “disaster”. “After this surgery, my breathing became even more tense and my nose shape only aggravates my anxiety and despair,” he recalls.
