Husted left her native Kosovo more than 23 years ago for London, where she earned her esthetician license from the International Confederation of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology. She opened her first spa in 2016 in Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood and moved to the tony SouthPark enclave a few years ago. “Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to do something aesthetic-related,” Husted adds. “Feeling good about yourself and the confidence that comes with it is important to me, and I know it’s important to many other women and men as well. After moving to the US from London, I noticed the lack of results-oriented spas and was inspired. There was a vast gap between medical spas and more comfort-oriented spas. I wanted to create something that would use clinically-strength products while having that personal, holistic approach that would help customers feel comfortable enough to fall asleep before waking up with beautiful, healthy skin.
