Andy Cohen has admitted to yet another cosmetic surgery after his New Year’s Eve makeover sparked plastic surgery rumors.
The 58-year-old Bravolebrity, who hosted CNN’s New Year’s Eve with Anderson Cooper, admitted last week that he had the “smallest amount of Botox” and lost “20 pounds” after fans noticed his changed appearance.
But on Monday, he went further, admitting that he also had fresh teeth.
The Watch What Happens Live host – who was delighted to hear the rumors were buzzing about his more youthful complexion – said he had ‘four secondary veneers’ before the broadcast.
“I have four small faces ahead. I mean, they’re very small,” he said on the latest episode of the SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live.
Despite the tweaks, Cohen admitted that his overly heavy makeup let him down on the night.

“Anderson’s makeup girl comes in and says, ‘Are you okay?’ I’m like… “You know, warm me up a little bit. Give me a little more tan,” he recalled of his overly bronzed appearance.
“I was so made up,” he added, before co-host John Hill suggested that “standing next to Anderson who could use some bronzer” was part of the problem.
“He’s so pale. I mean, my God,” Cohen agreed.
Overall, Cohen was “flattered” to hear about the buzz surrounding his revamped look.
“I like the guess that I dramatically changed my face!” she said excitedly.

This is not the first time that Cohen deals with physical transformations.
The star underwent quite a dramatic transformation in 2025, losing 25 kilograms with the help of weight loss drugs.
“This summer I lost a big chunk of weight by microdosing GLP-1 all summer long,” he revealed. in September.
“I have to say it really helped me with the cravings, which I struggled with a lot,” she said.
