Charlie Sheen’s daughter Sami shocked her fans when she revealed last week that she went under the knife for her ‘dream’ nose job.
The OnlyFans model, 20, worked with Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Deepak Duggar, who specializes in what he calls “Nose without scars‘slavery.
It is a closed rhinoplasty that involves an incision inside the nose so that none of the incisions are visible externally and provides more natural results when done correctly.
Open rhinoplasty can sometimes result in scarring on the bottom of the nose, especially on the columella, which is the strip of tissue that separates the nostrils.
A scarless rhinoplasty costs approximately between $19,000 and $24,000 and healing can take as little as a week.

The OnlyFans model, 20, teamed up with Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Deepak Duggar (pictured), who specializes in what he calls “scarless nose surgery.”
Speaking about the procedure, Dr Dugar told DailyMail.com that he took a “subtle approach” to rhinoplasty in order to give patients the most natural results.
“The nose they should have been born with is already there. I just want to perfect it and bring it out. I don’t want to recreate some TikTok/Instagram nose on their faces,” he explained.
Dr. Duggar estimates that the vast majority of celebrities who have had nose jobs have done so with a closed, scarless approach.
“I’m part of an 80-year practice legacy here in Beverly Hills doing celebrity rhinoplasty, and I can tell you that most celebrity rhinoplasty is a closed scarless rhinoplasty because of their discretion,” she explained.
“They don’t want people to know they had a nose job. There is still a taboo and a stigma no matter who you are. They want very natural results that look like they could have been what they were born with,” she continued.
“Cookie cutter, TikTok, Instagram, the Turkish upturned nose, the ‘Barbie nose’ as they call it, everyone knows you can’t really be born with it.
So it’s kind of like super white veneers. It’s almost like a status symbol, but everyone knows it’s fake. And so the problem is, if you’re a very elite actor or celebrity, you don’t want people to know that you have a fake nose. You want to look as good as possible, of course, but you want to look very natural.’
Sami, 20, who is the daughter of actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, announced on Tuesday that she had had a nose job.
“It’s going to be amazing and she’s going to be amazed at how beautiful it is,” Dr Duggar told DailyMail.com
As for Sami’s treatment, Dr. Duggar said the model was nervous about going under the knife.
“Sami is a beautiful girl who has been plagued by a drooping nose for years,” he said.
“She had many consultations before she decided to have her operation with me. I know she was very apprehensive about the surgery because she is new and also very aware of the stigma surrounding plastic surgery.
“And being the daughter of two very famous parents, of course she was nervous to do it, but she was also very excited.”
Dr. Dugar said the surgery itself was “phenomenal” and he can’t wait for everyone to see the final results.
“It’s going to be amazing and she’s going to be amazed at how beautiful it is,” he gushes.
“I know she was very apprehensive about the surgery because she’s new and also very aware of the stigma surrounding plastic surgery,” Dr. Dugar explained.

Shortly after the surgery, Sami took to TikTok to share her joy at going under the knife.
“I’m so glad I finally did! Thanks for everything @deepakdugarmd, you are seriously the best surgeon out there!’ she wrote.
Sami also confessed that she has been dying to get her nose done for the past five years.
“I would have to Photoshop every picture I took because it photographed horribly,” she wrote.
“Just so droopy and too big for my face.”

Sami said she met with several surgeons before settling on Dr. Duggar for the procedure, which she had on Aug. 12.
“It’s only day two of my recovery, but I already feel like a new woman and I’m so happy to finally have the nose of my dreams.”

Madi said she decided to get her nose fixed after it was broken several times as a child.
“I had the worst diaphragmatic deviation, I couldn’t breathe,” she explained.

Meanwhile, Dayna admitted she wanted to change her nose after seeing herself on TV and being trolled by Vanderpump Rules viewers.
“Obviously we don’t want to pay any attention to trolls or anything like that, but yeah, people really noticed my nose,” she confessed before the operation.
Dayna was almost in tears after seeing the results of the procedure for the first time.
“I don’t even know what to say – I want to start crying!” she gushed.
“It’s exactly what we talked about,” she told Dr. Duggar.
“It looks so much like me, this is literally what I dreamed of. I can’t even believe it’s just natural and amazing.’
