Kendall Jenner may not be racing cars at F1, but she’s certainly revving engines. While attending the Grand Prix in Miami on Friday, the model stepped out in an all-white outfit that stylishly defied the fashion tradition of not wearing the color before Memorial Day. But really, when have the style rules applied to Jenner?
Despite the fast-paced setting, her latest look pulled less from race tracks and more from Ralph Lauren. Dressed in her signature casual prep style, Jenner wore a crisp white linen shirt with the sleeves effortlessly rolled up past her elbows and the buttons undone below her bust. She styled the top with a pair of white straight-leg jeans and matching white sneakers.
Breaking up the light color palette of her outfit, the 818 Tequila founder accessorized with a black leather belt, rectangular black sunglasses, and tiny silver hoop earrings. She wore her dark brown hair parted down the middle in nonchalant waves, while the rest of her glam included sun-kissed skin and a nude lip.
Earlier that same day, Jenner sported another preppy outfit. Posing with fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and driver Mick Schumacher in the Pitlane during the practice races, she wore a brown, red, and white gingham midi dress with a keyhole cutout at the bust. The model finished off her look with a pair of black loafers sans socks—an unusual choice in the thick Miami heat, which often calls for sandals or strappy heels. But as previously mentioned, Jenner seems to follow her own style playbook, sensible footwear and all.
