A single mum has revealed how she moved across the state to start an undercover career at OnlyFans, saying her family had ‘no idea’ – and now makes more than $40,000 a month.
Vanessa James, from Texas, worked as a waitress at her uncle’s restaurant seven days a week, but one day, tired of wiping tables, the 32-year-old decided to leave her old life for something much more lucrative.
The single mother of two told family members she was moving in with a new partner – but she actually left her hometown and traveled 400 miles away to Houston to open an OnlyFans account.
Vanessa moved to OnlyFans full time in May 2020 and in August of that year the model had her highest earning month at $60,000 (£48,000).
Using her hard-earned cash, she has since undergone $50,000 (£40,000) worth of plastic surgery, including a tummy tuck, breast lift, lip lift, brachioplasty, multiple rounds of liposuction and 3 BBLs.

“I did a little bit of OnlyFans when I was still working at the restaurant, but I didn’t want to live in my hometown while I was doing it,” the mother, who has a combined 2.2 million followers across all her platforms, told NudePR.com.
“Harlingen is a small place compared to Houston and of course people gossip.
“I knew a lot of people in town and I was tired of meeting them at the gym or the grocery store and being asked why I wasn’t at the restaurant anymore.
“I wasn’t worried about getting caught [on OnlyFans]but I didn’t want to explain myself to anyone.
“Houston is such a big city, nobody cares, you almost go unnoticed, although I do meet fans who recognize me now, which is great.”
Vanessa was already “into” the adult site before she moved, but once she moved away from her family, she threw herself into it.
Within months, he was making more money than he could have ever dreamed of.
She said: “So one day, after seeing how much money other women were making, I decided to quit my job and move away, taking my two young sons, my sister and her two children with me.
“I had faith in my work ethic, so I took the leap of faith.

“I told my family I was leaving to live with someone I had been talking to for a while who promised to help me with the finances.
‘[At first]I didn’t want to tell them the truth.
“I rarely took nude photos or sent provocative photos to anyone.”
Apart from performing for a number of surgeries, she also invests her money, saving for her children’s future.
Vanessa added: “My friends have been very supportive and always have been, they don’t knock anybody’s hustle.
“I don’t regret changing my profession.
“Sometimes people wish they could live the ‘American Dream.’ for some that means having freedom and not having to answer to a boss and making a significant amount of cash fast, and that’s what I do!!
“I absolutely love it!
“I’ve made myself a stay-at-home mom while still working and I’m able to spend a lot more time with my kids.
“It was such a blessing.”
