Patrick Carroll, a developer whose antics have earned him over a million followers on Instagramshared then deleted a clip Thursday of him wearing a MAGA hat and shooting a shotgun at a boat near his $19.5 million waterfront home.
The 45-year-old businessman said he was shooting blanks, but the incident led his neighbors to call 911, resulting in an assessment order – which will also require him to forfeit his firearms within 72 hours.

Carroll, a billionaire, has shown his love for Trump well beyond his famous red hat, as in February he had the former president’s photo tattooed on his arm.
In another clip shared by Real Deal, Carroll was seen on a yacht shirtless in a Trump hat, as he ranted about his Second Amendment rights. It is unclear when the video was posted.
The real estate developer, who reportedly sold his company last year for $80 million, pointed a shotgun down the barrel of the camera before saying, “I’m a big gun advocate.”

The legislation allows police officers to seek a court order temporarily banning individuals from purchasing and possessing firearms if they are deemed dangerous.
