Chloe Ferry broke into tears as she revealed her incredible transformation after taking out the Brazilian elevator.
Geordie Shore Chloe’s star, 29, went to Instagram to post before and after photos of the back, followed by a heartfelt video where she discussed her journey.
In the clip, he admitted: “I can’t compose myself, I don’t even know what I did.
“I’m more like emotional now than I was when I had the surgery and I don’t even know why it has like it comes over it.
“Wow, I don’t even know why I feel this emotional because I didn’t feel this emotional when I was of course getting the surgery.”
Despite her tears, Chloe made it clear that she was happy with the results, stating: “I am happy for the result, I’m happy, I’m just shocked.”
However, the emotions continued to throw out as he tried to explain how deeply the transformation influenced her.
He continued: “So, I don’t want to cry.
Chloe continued to describe how it compares it before and after photos, recognizing that it still cures.
He said: “So I have basically put on as before and after the picture together, obviously I’m still swollen. I think I’m just two months after OP.
“That’s why I’m swollen. I’m going down. My brother goes down every day, so I like comparative photos and I just can’t get over it.”
Reflecting her previous appearance, Chloe was overcome with disbelief, admitting: “I don’t even know why I’m so emotional because I’m so happy with my results.
“But like, I just can’t like me. Look now, like how ridiculous I looked, I looked like that for so long.
“It’s really really, hit it hard. As, I can’t.”
Chloe also posted a selfie from her bed, writing: “Just put it before and after the picture with my bum and I’m really on tears.
“I don’t know why it influenced me so much.”
Newcastle Lass has previously shown changes to her body – admitting that she had thought she was going under the knife will solve her problems.
He wrote: “For a long time, I thought that changing my body would bring me happiness, but what I really needed was to change the way I saw myself.
“The journey back to find himself was not easy. It was emotional, very raw and challenging. But I know it’s right for me.
“I learn to love myself in a completely new way and I hope that my story helps others think carefully about surgery.
“I also want to apologize to my younger self to put you on all these feelings, but today I am proud of myself and the woman I really become.”

‘New Chapter’
Prior to the reduction surgery, Chloe said she was looking for a “new chapter” in her life.
Speaking to Paul C Brunson’s We need to talk Podcast, the emotional star admitted that it felt so low that it “didn’t want to be here”.
He told Celebs Go Dating Star: “I have seen a therapist.
“I always doubt myself and look in the mirror and say they don’t look good today. I’m too bad for myself and I have to make myself a break.”
Chloe continued: “I felt like I was going through depression.
“The main thing is that I want to love myself again. I was a rock down where I felt I didn’t want to be here, so I was down.
“I’m afraid to go back to this mentality … It was dark. I can’t go back to feel like that.”
Chloe admitted that she was sorry for her cosmetic surgery over the years, saying she wishes to never touch her body in the first place.
He said, “Listen. I hold my hands – I was wrong. I got surgery because I was insecure and I felt bad. If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t do it.”
