To which Victoria said: “I mean, how good does that sound? Wow.’
The average cost for laser skin resurfacing is around £2,010 ($2,509) for ablative and £1,100 ($1,445) for non-ablative, according to 2020 estimates from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Elsewhere in the video, Victoria shared that she had 500nm and 2000nm wavelength lasers on her skin to rejuvenate and tighten it.
Dr Ghavami said he had given the Spice Girl a combination of semi-ablative treatment, where the surface of the skin is lightly injured to regenerate it, and light therapy to target redness and pigmentation.
Speaking about how it works, he said: “Victoria is what we call a great canvas to begin with, she’s got great bone structure, good skin. What the bone structure does is, first of all, the skin wraps and stretches over the bone structure.
“When you do laser or when you do any treatment that tightens that collagen, it’s really going to be almost enhanced. It will have a very powerful effect without much effort.’
Victoria shared that she was so impressed with her first laser treatment that she hopes to have more, along with radio frequency treatment.
“How my skin looked after that last treatment, it has never looked this good. That’s why I said now I want to do more,” he said.
Before talking about the treatment, Victoria also talked about how she takes care of her skin by eating well, exercising regularly and staying hydrated.
