March 25, the same day, two of the rap mogul’s concerts homes were raided by federal agentsBrendan Paul, 25, was arrested at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport for allegedly transporting cocaine and marijuana candy, according to a police report obtained by NBC News. The man is an associate of Combs, a police source close to the case confirmed to the organization.
In a recent civil suit filed against Diddy, Paul, a former member of the Syracuse University basketball team, is accused of being his drug and weapons “mule.”
According to court records obtained by E! News, Paul has since been released on bail and faces charges of possession of cocaine and a controlled substance.
“We do not plan to try this case in the media,” his lawyer said. Brian Biebertold NBC News on March 27, “all matters will be addressed in court.”
A hearing has been set for April 24, according to court records.
