Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak enjoyed a day of pampering amid her divorce from estranged husband Kroy Biermann after 12 years of marriage.
On Friday morning, the 45-year-old reality star uploaded a video of herself getting fillers and botox at a medical spa in Atlanta.
“Today we addressed the severe tension in my shoulders, addressed some of my wrinkles and freshened up my lips,” she said in the recording, which showed her looking relaxed as she underwent non-invasive cosmetic surgery.
She went on to express her gratitude to her esthetician, Helen Zhang, at Charette Cosmetics for making her “feel better than ever.”

The mother-of-six captioned it that she was ‘so happy’ with her results and encouraged her more than 3.3 million Instagram followers to ‘RUN and book your appointment TODAY’.
“They have so many incredible treatments, from lasers to peels,” she exclaimed.
In the video, she wore a slightly cropped black long sleeve, matching leggings and a pair of large diamond studs.
Zolciak wore her waist-length blonde tresses in loose waves and a little makeup.
Many of her fans questioned her priorities in the comments section as they asked how she could afford the expensive treatments amid her alleged financial woes.
“This should be the least of your worries,” one commenter wrote.
Another asked: “Didn’t you miss your home honey?”
“Glad to see you have your priorities in order,” a third internet troll began.

“Today we addressed the severe tension in my shoulders, addressed some of my wrinkles and freshened up my lips,” she said in the recording, which showed her relaxed as she underwent her non-invasive cosmetic surgery.
Responding to comments accusing her of spending money she doesn’t have, one fan pointed out that the date was probably “free for her”.
Last month, Zolciak confirmed she was “not coming back” to The Real Housewives Of Atlanta after a “big announcement” on her Instagram account.
The TV personality – whose daughter Brielle just got engaged – revealed the news to Celebuzz, but hinted that she could potentially be involved in other TV jobs in the future.
“There have been reports and rumblings of me returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, especially with everything going on in my life,” she told the report.

She went on to express her gratitude to her esthetician, Helen Zhang, at Charette Cosmetics for making her “feel better than ever.”

“So I wanted to clear up what’s going on because I don’t want to leave you hanging anymore. The truth is (drumroll please)…I’m not going back to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
The star continued, “As much as I’ve enjoyed holding a peach for years and I’ve enjoyed coming in every now and then, I’m not going back to this show.”
Zolciak added, “I’m sorry to disappoint those who had hope that I would return and be able to watch me in action again this season.”
Despite not returning to RHOA, Kim teased on the way out that there’s still a chance she’ll make a special TV appearance sometime in the near future.
“However, that doesn’t mean you’ve seen the last of me on TV, so stay tuned for more on that in the near future.”
The star then chimed in and said: ‘Thank you to all my fans always for all your love and support. It means more than you know.’
Shortly before confirming that she would not be returning to The Real Housewives, Zolciak posted a photo on Instagram of herself against a white background holding a peach.
He has since deleted the post, but captioned it: “Finally time to CONFIRM THE RUMORS.”

Zolciak left the Bravo series midway through season five and returned during season 10 in a recurring role.
The reality star has been in a sticky — financially and emotionally — divorce from the former NFL player, 38, for nearly a year.
The couple were married for over a decade and have four children together: Kroy Jagger, 12, Kash Kade, 11, and fraternal twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 10.
She is also mum to daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 22, from previous relationships. Kroy adopted both girls in 2013.
In addition to her separation from her estranged husband, Kim is also experiencing financial difficulties with the couple about to lose their mansion – which they live in together amid their messy divorce.
Kim tried to sell her Cartier Love bracelet for $5,000, listed a Chanel bag for $7,500, and sold her skincare line Kashmere Kollections to 310 Nutrition.
Kim and Kroy put their Atlanta home on the market for $6 million in October in an effort to reduce their debt. In December they dropped the price to $5.5 million and in January to $4.5 million.
Zolciak and the former NFL player originally bought their home in 2012 for $880,000, TMZ was reported when the home went on the market last October.

A judge overseeing their divorce ruled that Kim must move into the basement of the house for her own home. Kroy is allowed to stay in the former couple’s bedroom.
Both parties are allowed to enter the common areas of the house, including the living room and kitchen.
The mansion, which was built in 2008, is located on a golf course and has a number of amenities, including a backyard pool, gym, cinema, bar, wine cellar and portico.
Entering the home leads to a two-story entry foyer with curved staircase and open gallery, with adjacent dining room and study with signature chandelier and custom fireplace.
