Haber Law of Miami announced a combination agreement with Gursky Ragan, a local boutique whose business primarily revolves around condominiums and homeowners’ associations.
While Haber Law has spent the past several years growing its real estate practice, Gursky Ragan finds himself in the middle of a growing niche in Florida: condominium law. Since the tragic collapse of Champlain Towers South in Surfside, lawmakers have tightened condo safety rules, forcing older condo buildings to make repairs or sell to developers.
