The number of men seeking a “dad-top” to stave off the signs of aging has increased by 29 percent since 2000.
Men are increasingly turning to Botox and fillers to regain their youthful appearance, says the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
More than 1.3 million procedures were performed on men last year alone in the U.S., with nose jobs and eyelid lifts among the most common.
Non-invasive procedures such as laser hair removal have also grown in popularity, according to the data.

The surgeon general said fathers are eager to shed the “father” they’ve acquired over the years or parenting.
They are also looking for more confidence to help them compete and advance in their careers, said ASPS President Dr. Alan Mataraso.
She added: “Obviously, men don’t go through the same physical changes that women do during pregnancy and after pregnancy.
“But their lifestyles are changing, which can affect how they look.” He added: “Diet and exercise patterns vary and they don’t get as much sleep.
“Men notice changes in their bodies due to aging and parenting, and it starts to look completely different in their 30s and 40s. That’s what a dad-do-over is all about.
Similar to what is known as a mummy or mummy makeover, a ‘daddy over’ is a set of procedures done in a single surgery.
More than 200,000 surgeries were performed on men in the US in 2018, 52,000 of which involved the nose.

Blepharoplasty came in second with 31,500 and liposuction was the third most popular, but both had declined by more than 40 percent since 2000.
Gynecomastia, which is breast reduction, ranked fourth with more than 24,000 procedures, up 22 percent since 2000, and hair transplants ranked fifth, up 17 percent since 2017.
Other procedures, such as buttock lifts, have soared – 370 men have had the procedure, a sevenfold increase in 18 years.
Dr. Matarasso said that male patients are interested in non-surgical procedures, which are non-invasive, such as fillers, to the same extent as female patients.
Laser hair removal has seen a 39 percent increase since 2000, and microdermabrasion, which reduces the appearance of fine lines, up 59 percent.
Nearly half a million Botox procedures were performed on men last year, and more than 100,000 men had filler injections to reduce the signs of aging.
Dennis, 59, a creative director from New York City, found it difficult to lose weight in certain areas despite having a lean physique.
She underwent chin surgery, cheek fat removal and an eye lift to achieve a more youthful, toned look.
Dennis, whose last name has not been revealed, said: “I’ve been in fashion my whole career and it makes me feel good when I walk in the room and I don’t feel like I look 60 in a room of 25 people. – up to 30 years old.
“I always carried weight on my neck and chin and my droopy eyelids made me look more tired than I actually was. I have gained unexpected confidence from the small changes I have made.’
Dr Matarasso said: “Men are embracing the idea of ​​surgery more than before.
“Regardless of the reason, though, I always stress the importance of consulting with a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

“We are committed to providing plastic surgery patients with the safest results, and we want them to have peace of mind as we help them achieve their cosmetic goals.”
In the UK, surgeons said men are avoiding almost all forms of surgery as they embrace the ‘natural father body’.
Instead, they prefer non-invasive facial procedures such as eyelid and brow lift surgery, up by 25 and 27 per cent respectively in 2017, the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons said.
