Tamara Djordjevic insisted she “couldn’t be happier” as she showed off her painful post-rhinoplasty look on Instagram on Thursday.
The former Married At First Sight bride, 31, flew to Turkey this week to undergo a nose job and posted photos of herself with bruised skin and bandages on her face.
Despite still recovering from the procedure, Tamara told Daily Mail Australia: ‘I’m over the moon with the results.
“It’s something I’ve always thought about doing and thrown away if I wanted to.”
Tamara, known for her unfiltered approach, told her 117,000 Instagram followers: “I feel fine, I’m just very swollen. The whole thing is awkward.’

“I knew I would be bruised after the operation. This will bruise for a while.’
She pointed out that the full results of plastic surgery often remain hidden for months or even a year, citing her expectations for the timing of treatment.
“It will take time for the swelling to go down and the true shape to emerge,” he added, reiterating the patience often needed after such procedures.

While some fans may have jumped to conclusions about the decision, Tamara clarified that the main motivation behind the nose job was not for cosmetic reasons.
“I’ve never talked about it on Instagram, but my initial thought of getting a nose job was because of a deviated septum and cartilage collapse,” she revealed.
The MAFS bride further explained her struggle with a crooked nose, recalling, “I think it’s from breaking my nose when I was younger. I always had to make it for medical reasons.’

However, while on this medical trip, he chose to take full advantage of the opportunity, deciding to step up the regimen as well.
“Why not change the shape and make it beautiful?” he pondered.

“I can’t remember the last time I was able to sleep without my mouth open.”
Tamara then tagged and thanked the clinic, Mono Cosmetic Surgery, and said the procedure went exactly as she’d hoped, before sharing a bouquet of flowers sent to her hotel.
