Liam Gallagher she admitted that she would choose to have a hair transplant if she felt it was necessary.
The previous Oasis the frontman appeared Radio X with John Squire last week to talk Johnny Vaughan for everything from their joint album to their accompanying live dates this year.
Fans were encouraged to send in their questions, and when the pair were asked what they would do if their rock ‘n’ roll barnets started to look “out of sorts”, Squire admitted: “I’d probably start crying.”
When Johnny Vaughan reminded Liam that he once joked it would be the end of him, he joked: “I’ve changed now. I’d go to Switzerland.”
However, the Manchester rocker later admitted he would get a hair transplant “on the sly”. Asked if he would ever consider a trip on Turkish Airways, he replied: “Yes, of course. I should.”
“You left it too late,” he told the Radio X host. “It’s the same with Bonehead. You can’t come back from this now. You see, I can have a sneaky sly.’
Liam Gallagher & John Squire on tour dates and new album
Liam Gallagher and John Squire also discussed their upcoming self-titled album and what to expect from their tour dates this year.
Asked if they would be adding songs from the Oasis or Stone Roses back catalogue, Liam replied: “Nah, I’m not doing any of that. It’s just going to be this album and maybe a few covers that we might get around to doing, but it won’t be our other bands and that, because it’s nothing.
“No, their songs mean too much to me to scream,” the rocker added. “I wouldn’t mind screaming over Oasis and that.”
Wondering if it would feel like “big league karaoke” she claimed: “No, but they just mean so much to me.”
Liam has often discussed being a fan of the Stone Roses and even credits them as the reason he wanted to be in a band.
“Yes, without a doubt. Huge,” he said of their impact on him. “That’s where it all started for me, man. First kind of record. That’s the foundation. I got into the Beatles and the Stones and the Kinks and all the other stuff after that.”
