Lala Kent has admitted to editing her daughter’s discolored teeth in photos shared on social media.
Taking to Instagram Stories over the weekend, the 34-year-old former Vanderpump Rules personality explained why she’s been reviewing snaps of Ocean, three.
Sharing a close-up video of the smiling toddler, she added a note that read: “I’m usually the type to not read/ignore comments. But we’re from Utah honey. We are people with teeth! so I couldn’t let this comment pass.”
Lala went on to reveal that Ocean suffered a mouth injury, writing: “Ocean has a good relationship with her wild side and enjoys not listening to it. She fell off her bike face first.”
The mother-of-two, who is also mother to three-month-old daughter Sosa, added: “There is trauma to the root of her two front teeth.”
She captioned it, “Yeah, I’m the mom who usually edits this. Go ahead and judge.’

Lala explained that her daughter damaged her teeth after falling off the face of the bike and noted that she may need a root canal
He noted about the state of Ocean’s teeth: “The root is not dead, but we go to the dentist every 3-6 months for check-ins. They should probably be pulled or he should have a root canal.’
And the TV star noted that Ocean thinks her teeth – which are a grey-white color – are ‘cool’.
Lala did not specify exactly which comment prompted her to issue the explanation to her 2.4 million followers.
She shares Ocean with ex-fiancé, disgraced director Randall Emmett. Sosa was conceived through a sperm donor and Lala gave birth on September 3.
In another recent post, podcaster Give Them Lala took a look back at the month of November.
Pulling up a carousel of life tributes, she wrote, “November, you did not disappoint.”
She listed the highlights, starting with a milestone for her newborn daughter.
“Sosa had her first day in the pool,” she reported first.
Elsewhere in the post, she showed her firstborn’s hair in a comb and said, “Almost had to give O a very unfortunate haircut.”
He continued, “We took pictures with Santa (that was a huge deal). It was my little turkey’s first Thanksgiving. I helped in the kitchen (that was also a huge offer). My mom turned 64! Ocean wanted to celebrate by going to Moana 2 – she LOVED it (Gigi did too). We killed the month. Hit all the notes.’

It comes days after news broke that Bravo’s long-running series Vanderpump Rules is getting a whole new cast.
Lala shared her reaction in a heartfelt post she shared with her social media followers as she looked back on her time on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills spinoff.
He wrote: “Where do I start. I was a young girl from Salt Lake City who moved to Los Angeles and I introduced myself as Lauren, but since my childhood friend referred to me as Lala, the nickname quickly stuck.
“Sur was a place that became home. I found myself not only drinking vodka sodas there, but behind a hostess stand…still to this day the most intimidating job I’ve ever had. Shortly after that the opportunity to be on a show called Vanderpump Rules landed in front of me. I have such mixed feelings right now.’
Kent revealed she is ready for the next chapter in her life as she continued: “It’s no secret that I don’t like change. This is the exception.
“I want to thank you for being with us for so many years. This show changed my whole life. I am incredibly grateful for every moment. I am incredibly grateful to Bravo, to NBCU, to our crew, to the entire cast, and most importantly to all of you. We rocked this bitch until the wheels fell off.’
