The 46-year-old reality star decided to undergo yet another surgery to reduce the size of her 2120 CC implants, as well as correct the droop in one of her breasts.
The former glamor model, who previously aimed to have the biggest boobs in Britain, showed off her latest investment in a leopard print playsuit, posting the snap on her Instagram.
There were mixed opinions from Price’s followers as she revealed the results of her latest surgery. @crazycatlady681 wrote: Flotation devices!! 😂 Pretty much 😂’
@Mariaemamaduroneto commented: “I’m sorry but it’s not a good look. I honestly think you need to see someone who makes you see that we are beautiful in all shapes and sizes and we don’t have to go to these extremes.”

But @Jazmine_blake_jay defended Price, writing: ‘Imagine being happy with yourself and people trying to pull you down! It’s a wonder people aren’t alive!”

Katie previously said on The Katie Price Show podcast: “I have to catch the train to Brussels because on Wednesday, ladies and gentlemen, Miss Price is getting her boobs reduced.
“Basically, the reason I’m doing it is because one looks a little bigger than the other and it’s fallen off. So they need to do. My cleavage part is going up, but it should be down. So it’s more like a corrective. It’s because I’ve gone big that they’ve done it, so I’m going smaller.
“And then the same day, after my project, take the train back.”
In December 2022, Katie underwent it 16th breast augmentation in Belgium and the results were “my biggest breasts ever,” according to Price.
Speaking to GB News in January she was asked by longtime friend Mark Dolan if she would be doing more plastic surgery.
“Oh my god, this is just a joke! What do you think; Of course!” she replied.
He continued: “These are actually the biggest ones I’ve ever been to. It is 2,120 CC.
“But the thing is, on the day, when people see me, people can’t understand why I did them because I never show them … unless it’s for OnlyFans, but I do it for myself.”
At the time of the 16th surgery, a source from the environment of the star said The sun: “Katie gets massive 2120 CC implants.
“She wants to have the biggest boobs in the country, and these will definitely get her on her way to that goal.”
But it seems Price has left that goal behind as she allegedly opted for smaller breasts.
The new photo comes amid buzz surrounding Price’s latest autobiography: This Is Me. The book is supposed to tell the full story of Price’s life up to this point, subtitled: “The High Life. The Dark Days. The FULL story.’
To mark the book’s release, Price gave free content to her OnlyFans — which might not have been the smartest move since she is bankrupt.
She wrote in a story post: “To celebrate the release of my new book coming out this month, I’m offering a FREE trial for the month of July on my dedicated page. This is a limited time offer so GO GO GO.’
