Ditch Botox and expensive filler injections – you can lift your eyebrows at home without ever seeing a needle, according to one woman.
Yes correctly. Certified holistic beauty practitioner Anastasia has claimed you can achieve a youthful look without spending a fortune – all thanks to a special nine-minute routine that costs nothing.
According to the blonde stunner, she used to struggle with natural hooded eyes and heavy brows – but now, she’s completely transformed her face with a facial massage.
”I didn’t do Botox, I didn’t do any surgery. I was able to improve the look naturally using only beauty techniques,” she claimed the video.
To give yourself a complimentary facelift, you’ll need to start with an intense scalp massage that involves ‘melting the tissue’ with your hands – and here, you’ll need to get it right.
”Really moving the whole tissue and not just the skin.
“The tissue has to move freely on top of the bone,” he said.
If you feel that there are any parts that are stuck to the skull and move less easily, pay special attention to them, as they need to “come off”.
”You’ll do it until you feel the heat and increase the temperature and movement in your scalp.”
First technique
Once you’re done, it’s time to wash your hands and focus on your face—and if you have dry skin, the beauty whiz recommended applying a moisturizing lotion for some TLC.
When it comes to massaging your face, Anastasia said to place the tender part of your hand above your head, while the three fingers of your other hand below the eyebrow.
“And then, in a deep and very melting motion raise your eyebrow,” she continued, adding that it’s also necessary to relax your shoulders in the process.
The key here is not to make harsh movements – instead, focus on gently pulling your brow and making a vibrating motion towards your scalp area.
This may leave you with a little redness – however, Anastasia assured that it will go away in a few minutes.
If your forehead falls back to its original position, the blonde stunner said you did it all wrong – and you’ll have to repeat the process correctly for a total of three times.
Second technique
According to Anastasia, whose profile has more than 1.1 million followers, you can also try massaging your temple and masseter around the jaw line.
Here, you should start by covering your eye with one hand while the lower half of the other hand moves in a circular motion around the temples.
”Three circles, vibrate and lift. Go to the bone,” she told the beauty’s pals.
”Don’t just work on the skin – go beyond and massage the deeper structure.”
Meanwhile, to release tension in your jaw, support the tissue with one hand across your cheekbones as you use the other thumb to vibrate—and animate—the muscle in an upward motion .
This, he explained, will help your lymph flow while also reducing swelling around your face.
Third technique
As for the “opening the eyes” method, Anastasia instructed to gently pinch the top of your nose with one hand, while using two fingers to plump the facial muscles toward your forehead.

Once you reach the eyebrow area, make a small vibrating motion for three seconds and repeat for a few times.
And voila – now that you’re done with one side of your face, repeat the same steps again to lift the other side.
