The former Playboy bunny said: “I have bandages on my a**. This is the coolest thing, I think it’s quite unique and no one knows about it, so I got rid of my cellulite. ‘
She admitted that while it sounds “crazy” and unrealistic, she loves doing it.
Holly even shared the doctor she went to – adding that she had to go through this particular procedure multiple times because it doesn’t last forever.
“I went to this guy called Dr. Man, he’s a surgeon in Los Angeles on Sunset Boulevard, and I did it five years ago, so it doesn’t last forever.
“It lasts for a good three years, and then I started to notice the cellulite coming back, and then it got to the point five years later where I decided I wanted to do it again,” she explained.
The former Playboy bunny also opened up about the procedure itself, which she said wasn’t painful. She explained that she was awake for the procedure, but her “butt was numb.”
“It was two injections per cheek, it was very easy, it took 45 minutes in total,” he added.
While Holly did not disclose the cost of the procedure, other similar treatments cost up to $4,000.

She said: “Cellulite is completely normal, every woman has it, so don’t feel like you need to do anything. I just do a lot of photography.’
The former Playboy bunnies continued their plastic surgery discussion, turning the spotlight on Megan Fox, who finally set the record straight on her various plastic surgery procedures.
Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, she revealed the work she’d had on her face – getting fillers and Botox but no facelifts or threads – a non-surgical procedure designed to repair damaged skin and stimulate collagen production.
She explained: I have never had a lift of any kind, no side brow lift, although I would love to!
“No regular brow lift, never had threading done. It’s not because of any moral thing, I just don’t think they work and I’m also afraid they’ll interfere when I need a facelift.
“I’m very tempted to go get my eyebrows plucked like all the way [back]. I want that look. This looks like fun and you can do it on a lunch break and I can see why it’s so tempting.
He went on to dismiss rumors that he had liposuction, (cheek slimming) explaining: “I have never done that, I will never have fat removed.
“I’m a very skinny person who doesn’t have enough body fat or fat on my face, so I’ll only put on fat.
“I will never remove fat, which leads to me never having liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.”

However, Hugh’s exes were not convinced and wondered: “What does Megan Fox’s gate hold?”
Bridget said, “I think it’s a face thing.” Holly replied: “Me too and I probably want to spill the beans like that.”
The two blonde beauties then asked Megan to “hit” them and tell her the secret procedure.
